Excellent choice for business travellers needing fast access to a station
Pros:

This is my usual go to hotel when work requires that I be in Chiba. Its right next to the keiyo line so can take you to Tokyo and back and has monorail access to take you to Chiba City proper.

Pros:

緊鄰車站交通方便 ，周邊區域很安靜。飯店設備與清潔度佳，大廳豪華舒適(可惜沒有使用)。住宿2晚期間沒有聽到吵雜聲響，窗戶大視野好。

Cons:

附近商家較少沒有太多選擇，餐飲與購物都必須再搭乘電車到千葉站。飯店好像沒有自助洗衣機。住宿6樓朝港灣方向，但附近樓高看不見港灣風景。
