Lider Otel

Upon the arrival, the hotel was closed, and the doors were taped, nobody was outside or inside. I had to book another hotel. As the booking failed I would like to have the oil reimbursement.
I tried a couple of times to get in touch with you but with no success

The place/location is very good
I have ask for a bed duvet (for two times), because in the room was only one, and I have not get any. This was not good

Very quiet clean & close to mostly transportation in general

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay if you are catching an early bus. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean, big and comfortable. shower and bathroom were great. the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet considering that you are in the middle of a huge bus station. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from as well.

De man bij de receptie was erg ongeïnteresseerd, erg kortaf. Ik had een niet-rokers kamer, maar alles stonk naar rook. Sanitair was erg verouderd. Handig hotel als je net van de bus komt, maar geen plazierig verblijf.

Grosses zimmer, zentral am busbahnhof. Leider deutlicher Zigarettengeruch. Gutes Frühstück. Sauberes Bett.

Checked in and they had no idea I was staying. I showed them my confirmation and they said the hotel was full. Then they tried to up sell me a higher room for $50. I waked out knowing that their advertising is misleading and requested a refund.

Veldig dårlig og gammel hotell

No lights working in bedside lights, room stunk of smoke. I had asked for one that didn't. They did leave the window open so that was a plus. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast very basic. Stayed only because it was close to bus depot. The check in guy should try smiling seems like he doesn't want to be there either. Cheap to stay but then we've paid less elsewhere and they've been better.

I liked the location of the hotel - directly at the bus station, friendly person, cleanliness and warmth in the room. Improve - put information about wi-fi somewhere in a conspicuous place.

cons.Miserable ,depressing check in area and bloke.Room stinks of stale tobacco.Old ,dated,typical rough bus station hotel.Served its purpose though!Liked it in a perverse sort of way!!!!

Arrived at Hotel after 12 at night and had to wait an hour for them to get the room ready. But room was booked from 2pm previous day so should have been ready. Breakfast also really not good.

Terrible, I booked it because I had a morning bus. There was mold on the ceiling, the bathroom had a sewage smell. Stay somewhere nicer and take a cab to Otogar. The cubs are cheap.
And they asked me to pay cash for the room when I got there. I hope I will not get double charged.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

In an unpleasant location. Corridor was very badly lit. Had to use light from mobile phone to get key in the door! Wallpaper peeling off the walls.Carpet had black , sticky lumps on it ! Air con didn’t work so had to have the window open so had noise from bus station and street all night ! I’d have been very uncomfortable to stay there alone .

Just next to metro station but very outdated place

Great location right beside October if arriving with a late bus. Bathroom dirty with mold in shower area, carpet dirty, hallway dark and dingy, breakfast very average, little selection. Bread was fresh
