Absolutely value for money and clean dorm rooms
Pros:

Clean and peaceful room. Very friendly family run hotel.
They also help me organized trekking to ta van
I could leave my bag for longer than expected at hotel.

Location is great.. there is staircase which leads you directly to the Sapa square.

Cons:

Breakfast is additional but you can book along if that's priority. I carried ready to eat meal so I was ok.

The best place to stay in Sapa
Pros:

Absolutely love this hostel; for its location, friendly family staff and being quiet at night.
Close to all the best restaurants and walking distance to Cat Cat Village, the market and bus station

Quick 24 hour stay
Pros:

The family is VERY nice and very helpful. Booked Fanispan and Bus ticket back to Hanoi for me. Great Laundry service. Convenient location to Fanispan Funicular Station.

Cons:

It is a 20 walk from the bus drop off on arrival to Sapa. It is very loud. There is little to no sound proofing so you hear everything. The people in the dorms were loud. The dog barking outside all night was loud. Perfect for people who like to use their phones on speaker and have no inside voice.
