The Loft Hotel

Is a cheap place to stay close to the airport and Robinson’s Tacloban, is ok for the price paid.

The hotel is on a very busy and noisy street in Tacloban. We stayed only one night for a very early flight the next morning. We stayed immediately following the typhoon so the pwer was out, but the hotel was being powered by a generator. They placed us in a room facing the busy street, directly over the generator. Ironically, the noise from the generator helped drown out the street noise, so we were able to sleep relatively well. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us to get to the airport at 4:30am the next morning. We left too early to have breakfast, even though it was included with the room.

I appreciate he staff overall friendliness and courteousness during check in and even upon check out.

Close to the shops like, Manaduefoam & Wilcon .Walking distance if you like going for a walk or catch a pedicab(minivan) to Robinson’s mall for 8 php.

I was frustrated when I was not issued an official receipt by your office since I have to refund the same with my Office. I already contacted
your staff trice about the copy of the official receipt but I was only sent some email with regard the matter. When I was able to clarify the matter, I was informed that you are not issuing receipt because you are based in the USA. However, the fact that I paid you I am entitled to a
receipt for my payment. I am not concern of whether you are paying taxes here or not but what I am asking is that I should be issued the receipt for the amount I paid in my stay in The Loft in Cagayan de Oro city. Anyway I will be reporting this matter to the concerned government agency.

It was near the venue for the convention.

Close to Robinsons mall only real mall in Tacloban don’t even bother going to SM there is so small

Nice rooms and comfy beds. Though the phone in our room kept ringing even at late night with no one answering on the other line. Hmmm

The bathroom was quite small, you could hardly move around the space. The bed was very good, very comfy! The wifi was not very good - it came on & off. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Its very near to Robinson. Only 15 minutrs rides to airport. This hotel provides free breakfast. The hotel is very clean. The staffs are very friendly. Quality of service is very good.

Staying at the Loft hotel is a great experience from facilities to service. Very nice room and supplies are good. Location is also very accessible and along the road where you can access different kind of public vehicles / mode of transportation.

Above average hotel for the price. Very good sound proofing if like me don't like to hear the chicken or street noise

hotel was nice also with the staff an free breakfast.. only problem was with the bidet in the toilet because the handle was broken. it was hard to get water through. sana chinicheck ng maintenance facilities at irepair agad or palitan yung mga sira.

Staff were nice and accommodating!
Suggestions: if the room is booked For 3 people, they should offer free breakfast for 3 rather than 2.
