Pros:

A szálloda külseje és a szálloda belső rendkívüli volt. A személyzet kifejezetten kedves, az ételek nagyon finomak.

Umístění kousek od hlavního vstupu do městských lázní
Vlastní termální bazén

Cons:

Bazén na fotkách vypadá "velký", ale jeho velikost je běžného "domácího" v mimosezóně je venkovní část tak pro 6-8 llidí, s tím, že si dýchají na záda. Hotel zvenku vypadá noblesně. Ovšem celým hotelem se line neuvěřitelný puch.

Pros:

Hotel czysty, pokoje ok, przemiła obsługa i blisko na termy. Basen w hotelu też na plus. Mozna odpocząć.

Cons:

Niestety obiadokolacje nie były ciepłe pomimo, że były podgrzewacze. Na kolacje czy na śniadanie przychodzić należy równo na otwarcie stołówki, bo potem nawet 1,5 godziny przed zamknięciem można dostać resztki. Bardzo słabo to wyglądało.

Destul de curat, în afară de igrasie pe pereți.

Personalul slab pregătit și incompetent , mâncarea foarte slabă, nu merită 4 stele.

Szép hotel, kedves, segítőkész személyzet, tisztaság, jó elhelyezkedés, közel a buszpályaudvar.

Cons:

Rongyos törülköző, kevés, egyhangú ételválaszték. Nekünk nagyon hiányzott egy melegebb vizes medence és kár, hogy a kinti is csak 6-ig van fűtve és az is inkább langyos.
