Unglaublich dreckig, stinkig und alt. Passt überhaupt nicht zur Beschreibung.

Staff are friendly and location is very good

This is the first hotel the girl at the front desk looked mean and barely doing the job. She did not want to converse and tried to keep our passports saying she’s very busy. It was so absurd for us after having been in Turkey for 2 weeks. One could say she was like people/staff at IST airport. It’s located in very busy section of the city but at walking distance for shopping and some attractions. Evenings are very crowded and busy.
I am sorry to the lady and other staff - we did not appreciate her behavior nor the staff the next day when checking out. Not at all friendly or helpful. The elevator is small and must be the slowest ever. Breakfast was ordinary

Fiyata göre sunulan hizmet iyi. Merkezi yerde, tramvay ve AVM’ ye çok yakın. Şehir içi arayanlar işin ideal. 4-5 yıldız arayanlar için uygun değil

Отличный отель городского типа.Оставались в нем почти месяц.Выбираем это местоположение всегда,так как предпочитаем больше прогулки и шоппинг,чем пляжный отдых.Рядом остановка автобусов и метро.До пляжа 20 мин на автобусе или 15мин пешком до платного.Отель не так давно обновили,комнаты большие,моют каждый день,замена полотенцев тоже каждый день,вода и гели,шампуни обновляются ежедневно.Отель для арабов,их много,если для Вас это минус,то выбирайте другой.Завтраки хорошие,но лучше приходить пораньше.Персоналу отдельное спасибо!Все проблемы и просьбы решают за 5 минут.Если не придираться к мелочам,ехать с хорошим настроением-отель отличный!Хороший хамам,бесплатный для проживающих,массаж и процедуры за отдельную плату.

Gayet güzel ve temiz bir Hotel sadece kahvaltı biraz yetersiz

Hotellet er nedslitt. Gammelt vegg til veggteppe ser ikke bra ut. Badet var lappet sammen og toalettet hang skjevt. Var ikke imponert over frokosten.
Positivt: veldig sentrumsnært, rett ved trikkestopp, balkong.
Blir nok å velge et annet neste gang.

Ungezwungene und lockere Atmosphäre. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption die einen immer weiterhelfen. Reinigungspersonal ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Hygiene und Masken Pflicht müsste am Frühstücksbuffet besser kontrolliert werden da sich sehr viele Hotelgäste nicht daran halten - trotz Corona
