Mattress was too firm.
I didn’t like anything at this place. The staff was unfriendly and just there. When I checked in they said nothing about breakfast not being served and said nothing about the pool and hot tub not working at the time. I have a bad back and the hot tub is useful. So when I booked this room I saw the hot tub and when I got there I wasn’t able to use it.
So tell me that when I check in
The room was dirty. The vacuumed the main area of the rooms but u see the furniture they did not. It was gross. I have pics
Lage war sehr gut, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück konnte man vor Ort bestellen, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Aussenbereich war sehr grosszügig, mit einer tollen Feuerstelle. Es hatte auch diverse Familienspiele draussen für den Zeitvertreib. Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig, schönes Badezimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, einzig das Ausziehbett fürs Kind war nicht sehr bequem.
Das Ausziehbett fürs Kind war nicht vorbereitet worden, wir mussten die Bettwäsche und das Zubehör suchen und alles selber beziehen. Finden wir nicht okay.
Zimmerreinigung kommt nur jeden zweiten Tag, ein kleiner Hinweis beim Einchecken wäre nett gewesen.

the staff were really nice, especially in the kitchen!
the people running the front desk were okay. i didn’t receive any lotion in my room and when i went to the front desk to ask for some lotion, she gave me ONE singular lotion bottle. i think the hotel could have been a little more generous and gave at least 2-3. one bottle alone would finish on my legs.
another issue i had was that i stayed for a WHOLE WEEK and room service NEVER changed my sheets once. they only replaced my towels once so i was using the same towel basically the whole time. the room didn’t feel very clean (lots of dust and dirt behind the chair next to the bed as if the chair had never been moved for cleaning). not to mention my room was not provided a do not disturb sign and one afternoon i was taking a nap after a long day at work and housekeeping barged into my room (they knocked but i was asleep). i had to steal a do not disturb sign from someone else’s door to protect my privacy. 😭
overall the hotel was just OK, but i likely won’t stay here again. i stayed at a hilton in phoenix recently and the difference was astounding. housekeeping changed my sheets and towels everyday and were generous with complimentary products like lotion and makeup wipes. courtyard marriott at cedar city: DO BETTER!!

Clean, well maintained. Great looking place. The pool and hot tub were also great.
I wish it had complementary breakfast. Breakfast cost my family an extra $30. Springhill Suites (another hotel close to this one) was the same price and they offered complementary breakfast.
Location was perfect
The room thermostat was difficult to operate!
I checked out very early ( 3:30 am ) but couldn’t get a receipt because the system isn’t available for use until 5:00 am . 🤷🏻♂️
