the staff were really nice, especially in the kitchen!
the people running the front desk were okay. i didn’t receive any lotion in my room and when i went to the front desk to ask for some lotion, she gave me ONE singular lotion bottle. i think the hotel could have been a little more generous and gave at least 2-3. one bottle alone would finish on my legs.
another issue i had was that i stayed for a WHOLE WEEK and room service NEVER changed my sheets once. they only replaced my towels once so i was using the same towel basically the whole time. the room didn’t feel very clean (lots of dust and dirt behind the chair next to the bed as if the chair had never been moved for cleaning). not to mention my room was not provided a do not disturb sign and one afternoon i was taking a nap after a long day at work and housekeeping barged into my room (they knocked but i was asleep). i had to steal a do not disturb sign from someone else’s door to protect my privacy. 😭
overall the hotel was just OK, but i likely won’t stay here again. i stayed at a hilton in phoenix recently and the difference was astounding. housekeeping changed my sheets and towels everyday and were generous with complimentary products like lotion and makeup wipes. courtyard marriott at cedar city: DO BETTER!!

Clean, well maintained. Great looking place. The pool and hot tub were also great.
I wish it had complementary breakfast. Breakfast cost my family an extra $30. Springhill Suites (another hotel close to this one) was the same price and they offered complementary breakfast.

The room thermostat was difficult to operate!
I checked out very early ( 3:30 am ) but couldn’t get a receipt because the system isn’t available for use until 5:00 am . 🤷🏻♂️

We knew nothing about cedar city when we booked our first hotel. Or should I say “motel”. Nothing wrong with a motel I just wish the place we stayed first would have correctly stated they were a motel. So we booked at the Marriott for our second trip and OH MY GOODNESS, the difference was insane. Clean. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and diner they have on at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely white glove cleaned. It was convenient, right off of the third exit, so easy to get to where you need to in cedar city, in just minutes.
We will stay here every single time we visit cedar city. Thank Marriott for being above all others standards.
I checked in at 10:10 and there was no staff present and I had to wait 15 mins before the staff arrived at the desk
Clean modern room and hotel. Comfortable newer bed. Well lit parking lot. Only negative was due to its proximity to the highway you could hear the traffic in the middle of the night if you get the city side of the hotel.
