We arrived at 3:00am and the front desk staff was very helpful in getting us checked in quickly. The room was large and comfortable. While we stayed there three days, we only came back to sleep, so we can not say much about the rest of the property.
We prefer a firmer mattress, which this want. This is why we gave the visit 4 stars

The rooms are always great, issue with the living room tv, but staff addressed it ASAP which is always a plus at this hotel. I would say it could have been cleaned better, no trash bags for trash cans and I just felt it was not thoroughly cleaned as in past stays. I always bring my own Lysol and wipes so I didn’t address it. I love this location and the friendly staff so for our date nights I go back every time if we just want a relaxing evening, to sit on the patio enjoy some champagne and take a break from the week.

Pros:

The shower LOOKS nice but the drain is INCREDIBLY loud and the water splatters outside leaving the floor very wet. The mattresses are cheap and worn out. My kids rolled into the center because they’re so worn out. Everything else is great.

My room wasn’t ready for hours ! Then when J hit a text that it was ready I went to the room & it still wasn’t ready ! I had to wait outside the room with my items ! Woke up the next day & noticed something red was in my bed !
