Super friendly and accommodating
Pros:

The staff were friendly and super accommodating. I booked my stay as I was running the Lisbon half marathon. I booked it a year ago, in hindsight I should have booked for two nights because I didn’t consider how long it would take to get back to the hotel to shower. It took two hours after completing the race. The staff were super accommodating and allowed me to check out late without making me feel like was inconveniencing them, which I was. Their hospitality really took a load off my mind so I was able to run the race without pressure. I will definitely be back! 🙏🏿

Great value for the location, would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Great location, right next to the metro station and close to the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was not a separate room. The shower, sink, and toilet were all separate and there was minimal privacy for if you needed to use the bathroom. The rooms are ideal for couples and people who do not mind that the set up is this way.

Todella siisti ja kaunis hotelli, päivittäinen siivous oli ehdottomasti plussaa, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä aamupala.

Cons:

Huoneemme oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja heräsimme joka aamu siihen, kun metro alkoi kulkemaan. Harmitti myös ettei huoneessamme ollut parveketta.
