Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration, la fonctionnalité des chambres avec leur salle de bain, les toilettes, le personnel à l’accueil était très aimable et serviable

Il n’y a pas grand chose que nous n’avons pas aimé et à propos de la propreté, tout était très bien, sauf que le sol n’a pas été fait tous les jours, ce sera la seule remarque négatif,

Das Konzept : Toilette , Dusche und Waschbecken getrennt .

Cons:

Das das Café / Bar schon ab 17:00 geschlossen hat und man den Außenbereich abends nicht nutzen konnte

Great spot but lacklustre room.
Pros:

Perfect location, train station literally at the front door making access to the whole city super easy, otherwise a it’s a pleasant 20ish minute walk into town/other spots. Nice neighbourhood that didn’t feel overly crowded but felt very safe.

Staff at check-in were very friendly. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection.

Cons:

Really hot room/bad aircon and unusual room layout. The deluxe suite at the end of the building gets the sun all day, so the inside temperature was over 28 degrees despite the aircon being set at 18 degrees so sleep was pretty uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend the round bed if you’re tall either.

On our last day, cleaning staff had left our room unlocked and door wide open while we were out. Anyone can get up to the floor so our valuables were out in the open.

Staff were pretty unresponsive and unempathetic when we raised these issues.

4 nights in Lisbon
Pros:

Great location in this wonderful quirky hotel WC next to metro and tram 28 so can get anywhere within 10 minutes. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mike. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, even if the glass partition between room and toilet took us by surprise! A perfect stay in the beautiful vibrant city that is Lisbon. Would return here and recommend for a 3-4 night stay.
