Buffet de café da manhã muito bom, com excelente variedade e qualidade. Atendimento excelente e atencioso, com ambiente agradável e primoroso. Arrumação diária do quarto com dedicação. A decoração de todos os ambientes do hotel direcionam para designe francês antigo.
Poucos detalhes, mas acredito que alguns itens salgados do buffet de café da manhã ficariam mais saborosos se estivessem levemente aquecidos, pois Gramado faz frio.
