Curățenie, parcare, amabilitatea personalului de la recepție!

Cons:

Personalul de la sala de mic dejun. Neglijență, foloseau serviciile de mic dejun in scop personal. Nu erau toate tacâmurile și s-au supărat că am cerut tacâmurile complete. Farfurii murdare printre cele curate. Atenție la mic-drjun ok

Dacă aveți noaptea petrecere la restaurant nu mai cazați oameni la hotel pentru somn.
Cons:

Au avut eveniment botez în restaurant pana la 5 dimineața și nu am putut dormi. Trebuie avut respect pentru clienți, dacă faci bani din eveniment nu mai chinui oamenii în zgomot la cazare. Trebuie să anunțați la rezervare ca nu se va putea dormi din cauza muzicii și a galagiei de pe terasa și din parcare a petrecăreților. Clienții ar trebui să fie mai importanți decât profitul. Putin respect.

la chambre était spacieuse avec un coin salon

Cons:

le restaurant annoncé dans la description était fermé
le petit déjeuner est vraiment basique. A 8H30, la moitié des produits étaient déjà en rupture. Obligé de sortir pour acheter un petit déjeuner
Le personnel n'est pas très aimable. Difficile d'obtenir un bonjour.

Este bun daca doriti piscina si mic dejun!
Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat destul de aproape de centru intr-o zona linistita.
Cel mai mult am apreciat zona de SPA, apa este destul de calda, piscina foarte mare
Micul dejun bun
Camera este foarte spatioasa si are cam tot ce ai nevoie.

Cons:

Din pacate restaurantul hotelului este inchis, va trebuii sa mergeti in alt loc sa luati masa (restaurantul functioneaza doar pentru mic dejun)
La piscina ar fi util sa fie scris pe margine adancimea deoarece din ce mi-am dat eu seama minim este 1.40 si ajunge undeva la 2.50, cateva scaune sau masute in plus ar fi excelent.
Camerele arata bine insa baia, desii era curat, se vedeau clar urmele de folosire indelungata, cabina de dus era invechita in sensul ca avea urme de folosire ca si cum ar fi murdara, ea era curata totusi insa urmele de la folosire intensa si indelungata se vedeau!

Cons:

La ora sosirii nu am gasit parcare deoarece in restairantul hotelului se afla un simpozion .Ni s-a spus sa parcam in afara hotelui
Mesele dupa simpozion nu au fost aranjate pentru a 2a zi la micul dejun, cafetiera " facea figuri " , putine obtiuni penteu cei cu intoleranta la lactoza
O lumina in camera nu se putea stinge peste noapte( cam 308 )
Prosoape zdrentuite si gaurite !!!
Izolatia fonica jalnica : minute bune seara obositi dupa drum lung am " inghitit" discutia vecinului de palier !
Clitate - pret nu corespunde !!!
