Locatia si accesul la spa! Pt asta alegeam acest hotel, dar s-a încheiat

Cons:

Personalul părea imunitate la problemele sesizate
Sauna avea 65 grade , față de 85-90 in moderna normal
Halatul de camera rupt .....vechi , degradat
Posturile TV HD nu funcționau deloc iar celelalte doar parțial si blurat .
Frigiderul din camera nu functiona.

Telefonul fix din camera nu funcționau, a trebuit la ora 22 sa merg la recepție sa fac sesizările de mai jos

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, we are very satisfied with the service. The rooms are clean, equipped as described, with a small balcony. Insect protection nets on the window. Good heating in the room. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi with hot water are beautiful, clean hot water, there are changing rooms, toilets, free for hotel guests. Free parking inside the hotel yard. The location is good, just a few minutes by car to the center. The breakfast is basic, but has everything you need from food, fruit, as well as coffee and juices. The staff is very friendly. All recommendations.
