Excellent location and well run.
Pros:

A small but conveniently placed hotel booked for a stay of several days mostly for its location. The room was comfortable and clean, services were fine and the staff very helpful. The breakfasts were fine to set up for the day.

Our only negative comment is that payment must be made at the hotel and unlike payments made to Hotels.com your bank may stop payment as Ukraine is not known for fiscal honesty! This can lead to phone calls to reassure your bank / Visa that the transaction is genuine so settling into you room may be delayed! Our problem involved the hotel, our bank, Visa and calls to Hotels.com and the owner who was travelling abroad. All was settled but it took time.

The staff were fine with the room being occupied all day as work had to be done and they took care to minimise disturbance.

The payment issue aside this is a friendly and comfortable hotel with an excellent location. ek

Pros:

Had trouble with the payment, not resolved yet. Front desk personnel were pleasant but not so helpful. Overall it was clean, but services were lacking! Not all it’s calmed to be, so be aware. Very close to train station so that did serve my needs well. Won’t stay again, but didn’t kill me!
