Friendly staff but not the best value/money ratio
Pros:

Cozy common areas and friendly staff. The position is close to the Cathedral. The area is quiet and silent.

Cons:

Major drawback is related to cleanliness. There were stains on bed sheets, two dead flies in the bathroom floor (cleaned after the first night) and in general we were expecting something different looking at the pictures and previous reviews. We booked the room with the big bath tube but ended up using the shower because of what previously mentioned.

What I didn’t like was the cleanliness. The bed sheets were not clean, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the floor was not properly cleaned. The housekeeping seemed to only make the bed without thoroughly cleaning the room. Overall, the level of cleanliness was not satisfactory.

We stayed at the Christmas night. There were some snack at the entre of the hotel for free. It was so good hospitality. However we had a little bit bad experience. We left our cups at the room that was our portre on it (it was maden at Kvarts cafe). After come back to room it was not there. I think there were thought as a garbage.

Cons:

not so new and not so clean, window to the street a bit noisy. Not so expensive but it is possible to find better place for this money

Pros:

Уютный аутентичный отель. Номер небольшой, но в самый раз для короткого пребывания буквально на 1-3 ночи. Комната чистая, с огромной удобной кроватью и телевизором. Также есть чайник в номере, чай/кофе. Каждый день меняли полотенца. Доброжелательный гостеприимный персонал, было приятно общаться. Нам помогли сделать ксерокопии, чем очень выручили.

Cons:

Сначала нас заселили не в ту комнату. Мы бронировали номер с видом на город, а нам дали комнату с окном во внутренний двор, где располагалась курилка. Мы попросили поменять, нам любезно предложили другой хороший вариант, который нас устроил. Еще не было тапочек, но это мелочи. В целом отель и сотрудники оставили приятное впечатление.

Pros:

Very good hotel in Tbilisi with great value for money. Helpful and kind owners, nice building. You can walk to Liberty Square in about 15 minutes. We'd come back!
