I had a great stay at Hotel Magic. The location is perfect – very close to the metro stations and only about 25 minutes from the Colosseum, which made getting around the city really easy.
The cleanliness was excellent. Every morning the staff came to clean and organize the room, bringing fresh towels and clean sheets, which I really appreciated. The room was always tidy and comfortable.
The facilities also worked perfectly. The air conditioner and TV worked without any problems, there was always hot water, and the bathroom was extremely clean.
Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service and a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it.

there was no kettle or cups to make coffee . In the offer presented there should be so i have to wait for coffie shop when it opens and the noise from restaurant and other rooms

We liked the location — it’s close to Trevi Station, the metro, and various buses and trains.
There is a supermarket nearby and different cafés where you can eat and drink вкусно. You can walk to the Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum is just one metro stop away — very convenient.
The room had hot water and good heating. It was a bit humid, but the view from our window was quite nice.
The towels were changed every day and the bed was made daily.
It seemed to us that the floor was a bit dirty and wasn’t properly cleaned.
The only things missing were cups for tea, glasses, and slippers, although there was a fridge

I never write negative reviews, but this time I have to warn others, so their experience isn’t ruined like ours.
First of all, it’s like the room wasn’t cleaned for years; there were house centipedes (bugs) all over the bathroom (see pictures). There were layers of dust and dirt on the walls, on the bed frame, and on the bathroom elements. The curtains and bed cover didn’t only have gross stains on them, but they also smelled really bad. I specifically asked the room service to ignore our room because I noticed they are just walking in the room with their outdoor shoes and only tidying up stuff, not actually cleaning. I bought hygiene material and cleaned the room myself.
No regular blankets; they gave us some strange blankets without a blanket case, and they were dirty, so we had to avoid using them and we were freezing at night. We didn’t ask for new ones either because we knew it’d be the same. The heater element doesn’t work, it is ice cold, and their air conditioner doesn’t work either when you desperately try to increase the room temperature.
The noise level is insane; the host yells just outside the rooms, and it feels like she is yelling next to your bed and like she’s walking inside your room. The walls are that thin - and why is there shouting outside of the guests’ rooms at 8 a.m., including on New Year’s Day, when people partied the day before, anyway? It was a nightmare staying here because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise, the ice-cold room, and what not, so our experience in Rome was ruined.
No warm water sometimes so we had to take a cold shower twice - in the middle of winter - and when we kindly asked her about it, she was very rude: “It is working now, okay?” No apology, not even a kind answer. She basically shouted at us, rolled her eyes and aggressively sighed. The only nice person was the room service lady.
The rooms weren’t cheap either; in fact, they were quite pricy, so we really regret having stayed there.
