House for 12

This property looked beautiful in pictures but unfortunately when we got there it was the complete opposite. We had to pay $200 cleaning fee and a $300 security deposit that wasn’t mentioned before booking. and when we got there the walls were dirty, it looked like they only clean on top because I moved a night stand to pick up something I dropped and there was dirt and pieces of old food under it. There was no toilet paper or napkins no dish soap or trash bags. All the simple things the at house this price should have there was non of. On top of that there were rodents in the kitchen. I left some bananas on the counter and the next morning they were all bitten up. It was honestly disgusting. also we were only allowed to park two cars for a house of 12 people any other cars were an extra charge. I don’t recommend this property to anyone. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Place is clean. Price was very reasonable and we had lots of space for our family of six. Owners are interactive, friendly, and helpful.

To start the reservation was somewhat forced. I reserved a different date by mistake and when requested a cancelation about 15 minutes after making the reservation of the wrong dates, I was told that there was no cancelation. If I did not wanted to get a cancelation fee of $581 I needed to make a new reservation with the correct dates. I decided to make a new reservation with the correct dates, however they hiked up the price by $300 from the original reservation. When I got the property I was told that I needed to give a $300 cash deposit on the spot. This was a surprise to us since this was not stated when we made the reservation. The property itself was very unpleasant. The bedding fabric seem unclean and worn out. The entire house had a fouled smell as if someone had smoked and pee everywhere. Bathroom showers were dirty. The air conditioning units were horrible. AC was just too loud to use, we had to turn them off so we could sleep even though it was like 90 degrees in the house. These AC units are window mounted on every room and placed right next to the bed headboards. I would not stay at this location ever again.

The home was very comfy and the area is great your very close to everything.

House was really nice with plenty of room and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Highly recommend
