Dinner in our restaurant is possible to book until 19:00 p.m. The entrance to the restaurant is possible until 8:00 PM.

If Bed &Breakfast is only booked, dinner price is 30€ per person, Saturday gala dinner is 45€ per person.

Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

When traveling with pets, please inform it in advanced and note that an extra charge of EUR 30,00 per pet, per night applies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Spa con aree relax e piscina all’aperto a dir poco eccezionale. Personale gentile.

Cons:

Camera un po’ datata situata al 4 piano. Bagno piccolo e doccia veramente ristretta. Riscontrati ripetuti problemi con i termosifoni che, a detta della reception, si sarebbero accesi ad orari stabiliti, cosa che non è accaduta, per cui problema è stato risolto dopo vari solleciti e interventi dei collaboratori. Colazione buona/discreta a causa della non troppa scelta; ampie scelte sui dolci e scarsità salate.

locatiotion 8: l'hotel si trova lontano dalla strada principale, con una vista a 360° sulle montagne
camera paussa 8: si trova nella parte nuova del hotel con un accesso diretto alla spa; è spaziosa con un camino sia lato bagno (c'è sia la doccia sia la vasca) sia lato letto, dal terrazzo c'è una bellissima vista sulle montagne innevate
spa 8: (poche cose ma fatte bene) una piscina metà interna e metà fuori, e una più piccola solo esterna riscaldata con lettini idromassaggio, un'ampia sauna dove fanno il rituale aufguss (6 giorni su 7), un bagno turco dove è possibile farsi lo scrub e 2 zone relax
cena 7: buffet solo di verdure crude, per quanto riguarda il menù, piatti semplici e buoni.
colazione 7: buffet piccolo ma molto fornito, solo per le suite c'è un menù con piatti e bevande calde, unica pecca non ci sono i cartellini che spiegano come sono fatte torte o brioches, per fortuna le cameriere sono molto informate
prezzo 5: al momento della prenotazione sono stati molto assilanti per ricevere la caparra nonostante gli accordi presi, dicendo che se non arrivava cancellavano la prenotazione (avevo detto che sarebbe arrivato un giorno preciso perché dovevo ricevere la conferma e avevano detto che non c'era problema); quel giorno oltre alla caparra avevo programmato anche l'invio del saldo con data dell'arrivo, nonostante siano passati 3 giorni a loro ancora non risultava arrivato, quindi gli ho mandato una copia della transizione dove si vede che i soldi sono stati scalati e invitati al hotel, in questo modo sono riuscito a fare il check out
