Dinner in our restaurant is possible to book until 19:00 p.m. The entrance to the restaurant is possible until 8:00 PM.

If Bed &Breakfast is only booked, dinner price is 30€ per person, Saturday gala dinner is 45€ per person.

Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

Pros:

La spa è davvero grande e molto bella con una vista spettacolare. Ottimo poter utilizzare la piscina e le aree relax anche dalle 8 del mattino. La camera è un po' datata ma comunque confortevole e grande.

Really nice staff - everyone was super kind to us.
Spa installations surprised us in a very positive way and we had a really relaxing time.

Goed verblijf op een prachtige locatie
Pros:

- Prachtige locatie, mooie spa en wellness faciliteiten (zeer goed zelfs).

- parkeer garage voor de auto of motorfiets.

- geweldig uitzicht vanuit je kamer (wij hadden de Ladin suite).

- zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt (de kok maakt zelfs op verzoek diverse ei gerechten klaar). Sap pers voor vers sinaasappelsap.

- super schoonmaak door de housekeeping elke dag (zelfs de lade kastjes worden elke dag gepoetst).

Cons:

- prijs is wel overdreven voor wat je krijgt (wij hadden een Ladin kamer in het historische deel van het hotel). Welke oud zijn maar wel schoon, de prijs is hiervoor te hoog.

-nieuwbouw en historische bouw door elkaar dus het hotel oogt nogal on-overzichtelijk.

-marketing strategie van het hotel is erg goed, maar verwacht geen grote bijzonderheden van dit hotel.

Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, con piscina e tutti i servizi spa. C’è la possibilità di fare dei massaggi e utilizzare la piscina anche il giorno del check out. Le camere nuove sono arredate con cura e anche tutte le finiture sono davvero belle e ben studiate..il personale è di una gentilezza e professionalità non indifferente e anche la cena del sabato sera era buonissima, ho fatto i complimenti allo chef su più piatti !!

Nydelig å meget delikat frokost buffet, god middag. Oppussingen av matsalen var veldig bra. Eieren er veldig profesjonell å hyggelig. Store rom. Behagelig spa avdeling med basseng.

Cons:

Fremsto som mye av personalet var uten erfaringer med arbeidsoppgavene sine, noe som medførte at ting tidvis tok ekstra lang tid. Satser på at de med litt mer erfaring, skaper enda bedre opplevelser for kundene. Vil påpeke at de på ingen måte ikke er serviceinnstilte, men at erfaringer og kunnskap tidvis var varerende. Hotellet har over år vært igjennom store renoveringer og oppussinger. Fremstår idag som tidvis toppmoderne, og delvis gammel tradisjonell stil.

Weekend rilassante nella SPA con la nevicata imprevista che ha reso magico il panorama.
Pros:

La bellezza della suite (Namastè): arredata in stile moderno e confortevole (non come altre stanze della struttura): vasca vicino alla finestra, ampio terrazzo con parapetto in vetro, doccia a 2 posti, televisore, frigo bar e armadio ben inseriti. Asciugamani morbidi e profumati per i vari ambienti.
Ottima la SPA: suoi servizi, la vista che si godeva, l'estensione verso l'esterno, il servizo aufguss ben fatto. Personale a disposizione per ogni servizio, bar all'esterno compreso nonostante il tempo.

Cons:

All'arrivo i posti nella SPA erano tutti occupati da asciugamani non solo di chi soggiornava ma anche da chi aveva solo in giornata accesso alla SPA, mentre noi che avevamo una delle suite all'inizio ci hanno detto di aspettare seduti in sedia...; per fortuna dopo 10 min un ospite ha ridotto da solo le postazioni occupate, visto che i gestori hanno ritardato di molto la reazione del trovarci una soluzione.
Lo scaldasalviette in camera non andava, cosa molto utile per asciugare il kit della SPA tra un giorno e l'altro.
La cena gourmet era molto gourmet nelle quantità... (tutti i commensali attingevano al refill del cesto del pane), infine capisco pagare il vino ma non l'unica bottiglia d'acqua consumata.
