I was initially scheduled to check in at 3:00 pm on 7/18/26. We arrived quite a bit earlier than expected and were unable to check in at 7 am when we arrived. The hotel was full so there was likely nothing available and housekeeping had not begun cleaning rooms. I went back to the hotel around 9:00 am and Ms. Candace at the front desk assisted me. I was disheveled and tired so I was likely not chatty, however, Ms. Candace took her time to check for an open room. There were still none available but she gave me instruction to come back around 12:00 and I did just that. I was in my room by 12:05 pm and was so grateful that Candace was there to help me! After I left I couldn't find my wallet and Ms. Candace again, went to the room herself to look for it. I am so thankful she was the clerk on duty. She was friendly and accommodating and I would love her to be recognized for going above and beyond to assist a tired traveler!
Location is the only thing good.
Filthy, no air in halls. Rooms stunk. Had to be moved to a different room from the original it was so bad. Hilton should be ashamed to have there name on this

Pool area lock broken, could not get back into building through pool area door. Incomplete pool repairs
Comfy beds and pillows
It is too much hotel for one desk person. It is too much hotel for the cleaning staff.
Front desk was unable to tell us if one room was ready for our stay. Front desk then radioed housekeeping several times and they never replied. Front desk went themself to check on the room to see if it was ready. It was. Please keep in we arrived well after the 3 pm check in. The front desk was very apologetic and was doing all they could. A+ for effort on their part.
We arrive to our two rooms. Both had different yet very disgusting odors. Thank goodness I travel with Lysol as both rooms were doused. It helped but not completely. The toilet lid in one bathroom was down upon arrival. When it was lifted it had hair all over the seat. The grout on the floor tile in that same bath was never applied or it’s completely missing. The TV in one room — the remote wouldn’t work. We discovered that when we saw the tv was unplugged. It was the only way to get the tv on. And off. One channel viewing only.
The walls were thin. The hallway was unbelievably warm.
The rooms felt very unclean. Incredibly disappointed. It was our second and LAST stay at this location.

Hotel showed aging. Sofa in our room vert uncomfortable. Bedding didn't smell fresh. Breakfast was cold and not very appetizing.

The 1 bedroom didn’t have a door minus and better breakfast for the value
Great hotel experience! The manager who checked me in Deangelo, truly showed hospitality. Loved the breakfast choices and the team was nice and welcoming. Will certainly stay here again! 10/10
