Just because it is a Hilton doesn’t mean it’s four stars. No attention to detail and poor management
Pros:

It was close to riverwalk.

Cons:

Homelessness all around.
No attention to detail. Stayed in two rooms, one didn’t have the full complementary coffee items. The other didn’t have a trash can.
The gym equipment was not taken care of. Parking was ridiculous priced ($47 a night). The valet especially at night shift was rude and still expected tip. The front desk doesn’t acknowledge customers.
Washing machine was broke one day. Service in the room is every other day but they only did the bed and nothing else.

Loved that it was right at the river walk

Cons:

There was no parking!!!!! Had to use valet parking which they charged me 47.00 per night and was not told in advance till i had already booked!!!! Music and street noise was so loud could not sleep…price was ridiculously high….

Pros:

I didn't pay for the breakfast for my stay. I chose to explore outside eateries.

Cons:

They didn't provide water for the room. The parking is expensive $42/day plus tax. The air conditioner fan blew constantly and was very loud.

Stayed two nights was great, cozy and clean would probably stay again
Pros:

The cleanliness and friendliness of staff, never stayed at a hotel that charged valet or for safe parking but kinda worth it for safety purposes. Room was amazing as well.

Our stay was comfortable, and we received good value for the money, therefore we had a great trip!
Pros:

We came to San Antonio for the Alamo. It was a 3 minute walk from our hotel room to the Alamo. Our room was clean, comfortable, with 2 nice beds, and clean and spacious bathroom, and it was quiet. The breakfast and our dinner at the onsite cafe was everything we wanted. The hotel staff and cafe staff were quite helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing I had a small problem with was connecting to the free Wi-Fi with my personal laptop. But, Angel, one of the desk clerks helped am understand that it was my laptop "didn't like" the Wi-Fi. I simply used my cell phone as a hotspot, and it worked as needed for my personal use. So it really wasn't much of a problem after all!
