Dangerous facility in Springfield, Mo.
Pros:

This facility has the worst front desk staff we have ever encountered!! During the last stay, staff could barely acknowledge our arrival. We have used this hotel 6 to 8 times per year attending local dog shows. Repeated vehicle robberies, three last week, has made us worry constantly about our safety so we have cancelled future reservations and booked other facilities in Springfield.

Cars being broken into
Pros:

Hotel is ok but the area has issues with cars getting broken into and staff doesn’t care. I have stayed here several times over the years but will be looking to stay in elsewhere. Staff is gotten very unattentaive and worse. Hotel needs to increase cameras and security and care about there guest but until then I won’t be staying there again

The worst bed ever
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
The front desk employees were very short with us…no greeting us or mentioning to us about breakfast times or time of checkout.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress was so hard that I could not get a good nights sleep due to the pains in my back. I believe the parking lot would have been more comfortable than that bed.
The breakfast food was just okay nothing to praise about.

Nice room but the staff were subpar

I loved the size of the room

Cons:

The staff for the most part were not professional- there was always a staff member smoking right by the front doors when we came & went over our long stay. Plus several were very noisy in the hallways. Also they weren't very friendly.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and went beyond when asked for something to accommodate our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again!

Fabulous!
Pros:

Fabulous 1 night stay with family. We booked 4 suites and all rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast options, relaxing ambiance by the fire pit, and many places to hang out in the lobby and outside. Definitely recommend.
