It was a very comfortable room with a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

Front desk does not speak English or know how to do the job
Pros:

If you’re going to put a guy who can barely speak English at the front desk you might wanna make sure he’s a little more polite and even has half a brain. This guy had me waiting for an hour or more for a room that was already paid after my 5 hour drive. Then he couldn’t even figure out how to charge me for a water and candy bar. Ridiculous. Unamerican

Hotel cobrou duas vezes injustamente

Avisei que iria chegar um dia após o dia de check inn e mesmo assim
Cancelaram toda a reserva de 3 noites e tive quem pagar de novo , vou acionar na justiça a booking

The doors have a 1” gap at the bottom making it a bit noisier than most hotels. You can hear people walking down the hall, hear their conversations, etc

Pros:

The room was cutely decorated, clean, and super cozy! Staff was helpful! And the hotel had a bike trail right behind it and restaurants nearby.

Everyone was great! The only downside was my shower’s water wouldn’t get too warm. :/

Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!
