The rooms was very clean and staff was very nice
Nothing it was great
They charged me $57.50 for my pet. This is outrageous. Will not stay there again. If your going to charge that price when the room is found to be in good shape it should be refundable. We have never been charged that much.
Clean service was excellent
Nothing
Comfortable bed, convenient location.
Overpriced, breakfast food was not hot, television did not have NBC, CBS, or ABC News.
Very nice
Have biscuits and gravy
Location was excellent. Plenty of shopping, dining and attractions near by.
I found the mattress to be uncomfortable in the King sized room with pull out sofa bed.
Staff was great not rude at all
Close to main stores and restaurants
As we are traveling regularly throughout the school year to visit (and pickup) our daughter at Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute, we wanted to find a hotel that met our needs. After several stays at other hotels in Terre Haute (including other Hilton brand hotels), we feel that this location offered us the best, overall, in terms of sleep, comfort, and amenities.
We had two unfortunate experiences on our 1st two stays at this hotel - both involving a 2nd shift employee named Shayla. On our 1st stay (11/21-11/22), we chose our room via the App, selecting a room other than what was recommended. When we arrived and used our digital key, we found our room without a TV. We returned to the Front Desk to inform them and the employee, Shayla (without looking up at me), stated she was aware the room had no TV and said that someone had tried to call us. I checked my phone for a call during our 9.5 hr drive from Georgia but found nothing. I commented we hadn't received a call and, again, without looking up, she smacked a post-it note down on the counter with my husband's name and my cell number, as if that was proof that a call was made. At this point, I simply wanted a new room and asked her to assign us one, which she did - all while too busy to look up at me. On our return stay (11/29-11/30), we'd booked using booking.com, securing payment for it in September. We checked-in on the App and selected our room that AM. When we arrived, we went to our room (#103) but the digital key had not been confirmed. We returned to the Front Desk where Shayla was, once again, working. I explained the situation and she told me the card for the room had failed and that I owed $118.68. I showed her my confirmation from booking.com, including my PayPal confirmation and she told me that I would need to contact Booking.com or pay the $118.68 to gain access to the room. I stated that I contracted with the hotel for my stay (via booking.com) and that if the 'card' had failed, it was between the hotel and booking.com - not me, as I had proof of receipt of my payment. She again told me to contact booking.com. Unfortunately, they use AI which was insufficient for rectifying our current situation.
Cozy, clean and comfortable.
Perfect location for our stay
friendly staff and clean room on arrival. The only two things that was disappointing was the room did not get serviced and i stayed two nights and the breakfast was tasteless.
Lots of variety for breakfast, clean and comfy rooms plus good location to restaurants and college. Exactly what we wanted for visiting and watching some Vincennes volleyball!
awesome and lots to choose from
I was in town with my elderly mother for her 65th class reunion. I booked a handicap accessible room expecting a roll in shower per the description. However, it was a bathtub with a pull down seat instead. I would also suggest in handicap accessible room that you put a recliner in place of the regular chair as many elderly seniors choose to sleep in recliners because it is too hard to get into a bed.
