Comfortable and Clean Hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly front desk staff, rooms clean, comfortable beds. My only problem was with the service or lack thereof in the breakfast area. I spoke with management who obviously listened and corrected the issue. The next morning, a different server Kim, was working. She was extremely friendly and communicated with all the customers, making you feel welcome while keeping all the food containers fully stocked

I stayed at the Hampton Inn, and it was Greeeeat.
Pros:

The location to Atlanta was great. The hotel was very clean, and it was truly quite so you could enjoy your night's sleep and feel fresh for your next day. The staff were excellent as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Penny who prepared the morning breakfast buffet. She was very nice and pleasant to talk with and ensured our breakfast was good. Great way to start your morning. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly as well. Great communicators. It was a great trip and if I have to go back to Atlanta again, I recommend a stay here. I know I will.

Cons:

I was charged a $20 incidental fee in which I have not seen returned as of yet. I will be contacting someone if it is not returned to my card.
