Pros:

Location seemed sketchy. Staff was welcoming and room was nicer than expected. Bathroom was great, good lighting, and shower pressure was great.

They charged us for parking, called them back but they did take it off. Your listing states that parking is included in the price. I do believe someone needs to speak to them about this.

Too expensive for the poor bed quality, and the carpet was not clean.
Pros:

Pros:

Mimi was amazing at the front desk. I had a terrible experience at another hotel and she was super helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. I travel weekly for work and she was one the best hotel customer service rep I have had a this year nationwide .

Great stay with a great cost!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating to my mobility needs, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast staff was especially friendly and exceptional. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall service made my stay a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only disappointment was the temperature in the pool area and the hallway. It was extremely hot, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in the pool area, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool as much as I had hoped. Hopefully, the temperature can be addressed for future guests.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
