The facility was better than expected, but what really enhanced the experience was working with Alvaro! He was absolutely AMAZING!!! His attention to detail and professionalism was 1st CLASS!!!!!

It was wonderful beautiful view beautiful room, staff was kind and courteous the rooms were beautiful. Embassy suites breakfast is in its own class, and OZ Mae’s the best omelettes. I was a little late but he still let me get my last minute omelette. Will definitely be staying here again.

Prime location. Bike rentals. Excellent breakfast included. Rooms are very nice and have microwaves. Pool is a little small but walk to beach.

My trip to the Embassy suites was amazing. Damir and Demetris checked me in, and thoroughly went over all of the amenities. Which there are quite a few! Damir also handled questions from another guest so well. I was just impressed overall by the encounter. This centrally located hotel is perfect for families or romantic getaway. Fantastic customer service combined with a stellar location.Looking forward to coming again!

Do not trust the 5 star reviews. These people are likely not well traveled.
Here's the reality of the situation: this hotel is dirty, and management doesn't care.
The housekeeping staff does not understand what a clean floor is. We had crumbs and not our hair on the floor for the whole stay. Not ONCE the floor was cleaned. When soap or Kleenex run out, you have to tell them you need more. Housekeeping does not care, even if you leave the empty Kleenex box on the table. They'll leave it there.
A few things in the room did not work. They had to send maintenance to fix them. Second time in 30+ years of travel that this has ever happened. The lack of attention to details is staggering.
Breakfast is horrible. Everything tastes like it was bought at a discount store frozen and microwaved. Eggs are rubbery, bacon (if you can call it that) is thinner than a one-ply piece of paper, coffee is torture. Bleh!
To top it all off, management could not care less. We were supposed to get a call from the manager, and that never happened. There's a Westin down the road, stay there!

I am currently staying here and want to caution anyone thinking about booking this hotel.
The good: They have laundry facilities for guests. Location is not bad.

The bad: Our room had a few things broken when we checked in. Peep hole cover on the door didn't work, so anyone in the hallway could see into our room. Outlet in the bathroom was broken. Shower wasn't working properly. No coffee cups in the coffee machine. I wondered if the floor had been washed after the previous guests left.

I had booked through Costco, so I called them the next morning as we were paying several hundred dollars a night and I wanted to check out immediately. I was told it was not guaranteed that I would be given a refund. They contacted the manager here, I was told that the hotel was at capacity and we could not change rooms, either. They sent up maintenance who fixed the outlet and the peep hole. The shower still has a weak spray, very low pressure. No one from management ever followed up with me to check if everything was ok.

Breakfast, although free, is not good. Weak coffee. I cannot eat anything they have other than oatmeal due to dietary restrictions and all they have to serve yourself on the oatmeal is ramekins. If you do not know what a ramekin is, it's a small condiment dish that you use for nuts or ketchup. My husband wondered if the scrambled eggs were frozen and then had been defrosted.

Our floors are dirty and I asked the cleaning staff yesterday (none of whom speak English) to mop the floors and left a cash tip. The floors were not mopped and there are piles of hair, not mine, in various corners around the room.

I am shocked this is under the Hilton umbrella.

There are several other options in the immediate area. Save yourself the heartache and book one of them. The pictures on the website of the rooms must be from when they first opened in 2018 because the rooms are run down. Our room certainly doesn't look like the photo.

Hotel is great. Location is perfect. In dining area food was great service was exceptional Chiqui helped us everyday and always has a smile. I hope when I come again she will be here.
The only thing that needs to chandelier is the water pressure and the shower head it’s is full of mold that is stuck to it now.
