The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

We booked a room for 6 adults, but it was far too small. The sofa bed was supposed to accommodate two people, but it was old, tiny, and so uncomfortable — you could feel every spring and bar. On top of that, it wasn’t clean at all.

We arrived around 10 p.m. and found only 3 towels in the room. We went down to the lobby to request more, and they told us they would be delivered to the room, but they never arrived. We had to dry ourselves with hand towels.

The next morning, after breakfast, our room key didn’t work. We had to go down to the lobby twice, and in the end, it turned out the lock itself was broken. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes in the hallway.

When checking out, I was also charged $74 for parking and other fees, which I must have missed when booking. In total, I paid $380 for a room where I slept very poorly and had several service issues — although I must say the staff were very kind and friendly.

I booked what was clearly listed as a 2-bedroom suite, but upon arrival, I was given a single room with two beds. The hotel informed me that they don’t even have 2-bedroom suites, and claimed the issue was due to a misleading listing on Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com, they acknowledged the listing was indeed confusing and inaccurate.
Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging me for the first night if I canceled, even though I was not receiving what I had originally booked. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. We walked over to Westin and stayed there and will definitely return there next time.
