Embassy Suites By Hilton Sarasota

From the moment we walked in, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Although we arrived very late, the staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere had that perfect balance of convenience and hospitality — right in the heart of Sarasota. My kids loved the covered pool. We did not have to worry about sunscreen until we went to the beach.
But the true highlight of our stay was breakfast, and that's all thanks to Chef OZ. His omelets were absolutely incredible. They were cooked to perfection, packed with fresh ingredients, and made exactly how you wanted them. Every morning we made a point of getting in line for one, and every single time OZ delivered. You can tell his genuinely takes pride in his craft.
If you're staying at this Embassy Suites, do not skip breakfast. Find OZ and let him make you an omelet. It's worth setting your alarm for. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had an amazing view. I absolutely loved it! The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. One of the highlights was the made-to-order omelets, freshly prepared exactly the way you like by Chef Oz, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

Geo and Fabiana are excellent! Fantastic servers, very nice and welcoming. Great atmosphere and view while dining.

What a wonderful experience at the Bridges in Sarasota, Florida! From their management team, to their bartenders, to the QUALITY of service and food presentation... man 10/10! Thank YOU Manny, Gio, Zack, and Morgan for TWO NIGHTS of EXCEPTIONAL hospitality!

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Sarasota was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail made us feel welcomed and cared for.

A special thank you to Fabiana, the hostess, whose warm smile and genuine hospitality made every dining experience even more enjoyable. We also want to recognize Maria B., who thoughtfully brought me almond milk without hesitation, making sure my dietary preferences were accommodated with kindness and professionalism.

An extra heartfelt thank you goes to Chiqui. Earlier during our stay, I had mentioned how much I loved the fresh pineapple. The next time we came to breakfast, she remembered! She immediately went to the back of the house and personally brought me fresh pineapple. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much. That level of attentiveness and care is what transforms great service into an unforgettable experience.

The food throughout our stay was incredible. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the Poke Bowl, and the kitchen graciously substituted the rice for lettuce, making it perfect for us. The shrimp appetizer was absolutely delicious as well.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with outstanding amenities. One of our favorite experiences was the complimentary Happy Hour at 5:30 PM, featuring beverages along with delicious tapas and dips. It created such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that made us look forward to every evening.

Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had during any of our vacations. The attention to detail, outstanding customer service, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

The only area that could use improvement was housekeeping response time. We requested additional towels, and despite making three phone calls and expressing our frustration, it took approximately 52 minutes for them to arrive. Fortunately, this was the only negative experience during an otherwise outstanding stay.

This is a wonderful hotels it started out perfevt from check in with James and thr ladies at the breakfast buffet were very attentive and loved the cook in the omelette station was so efficient and kind. At Bridges restaurant everyone was kind and helpful, a shout out to Manny and the bartenders (happy hour), excellent service.
Hotel has a good location, rooms clean and spacious, would only suggest that the light behind the bed be white not green.

Awesome service by all the staff and Manny at the bridges restaurant 5 star service. Sí manny drinks and snacks included. The breakfast is beyond my expectations. Thant breakfast for free included cost like $50.!!

Regina at breakfast area is a great asset to this hotel. As you know, one is to protect his/her assets. I think she would benefit greatly from having an electronic tips system. She currently only has a tip jar, but nowadays not many people carry cash on them.

This hotel was one of the cleanest and best Hiltons we have stayed at! The moment we arrived the front desk staff (especially Martha the supervisor/manager) was extremely helpful. She changed our room locations (we had two rooms and wanted to be closer together since we had our kids with us) and did so with no problem. They helped us with a few other things as well and were great! The rooms weee super clean and had everything we need. It’s such a quiet hotel too! 5⭐️ stay and we will be back for sure!

Todos muy lindo , lo único extraño Es el cobro extra por parqueo nunca antes había visto eso es la primer vez que vi y se me hizo extraño , y algunos personales del hotel vi que eran muy groseros , en su expresión y otro en la manera de expresar .

Unsatisfying - I booked a block of rooms with 2 Queen Beds nine months before our stay. When I got there, they only had king beds. They offered me a 5% discount despite paying peak rates, and were not at all apologetic.

Our first experience was entering the parking garage. Two way traffic with about 1 1/2 lane width which winds the entire way. Be careful! Next, we entered the lobby, which was on the smallish side. Friendly staff checked us in! We were very happy with our room. Beautifully done with ample space and we had a great view. Staying in the room and not leaving would’ve been great. The complementary snacks and happy hour from 5 to 630 is a nice perk, but there were a lot children running and jumping on seats that were not supervised by their parents, some with hands all over the food, parents not controlling them, no staff saying anything. The Bridges restaurant is the place to go for breakfast and dinner if you’d like. Breakfast was very good with a nice assortment of breakfast foods and custom made omelettes. This could’ve been a five star experience had it not been for the kiddie playground atmosphere at times. I do need to emphasize that the staff were wonderful!
