Eso no debería de pasar.
Pros:

El desayuno muy buen sazón, instalaciones muy completas.

Cons:

Cuando llegue no funcionaba el refrigerador, y el aire no enfrió bien nunca, fueron a cambiar el aparato y revisaron el aire pero no enfrió bien, si mejoró a como estaba.

que el room service esta cancelado, es decir, no te llevan los alimentos a tu cuarto, debes subirlos tu y bajar el carrito cuando lo desocupes. es incomodo.

la Suite limpia amplia comoda, el agua caliente,, perfecta para dormir y descansar, el personal atento, todo en su lugar. me he sentido muy bien!

Cons:

La calidad de la comida del restaurant y sus precios no lo valen, tanto en su menu a la carta que el desayuno no los recomiendo para nada. Recomiendo ahorrarse los 300 pesos del desayuno e ir a otro lugar. una cena de una hamburguesa, una cerveza, una malteada pequeña cuesta mas de 400 pesos y la verdad la calidad de la comida es muy muy muy baja.
