Super comfortable stay and great facilities but shuttle service from the Manila footbridge to the hotel could be better
Pros:

Location was great and easy to get to from Terminal 3. It was also within easy access to Newport Mall which had lots of restaurants and shops. The facilities of the hotel was also excellent and had an amazing night’s sleep.

Cons:

The complementary shuttle service from the Manila footbridge was not well signposted or easy to identify. It was, however, easier to get this service from the hotel to the footbridge.

Pros:

Great location for Manilla airport, 10-minute walk across causeway
King bed, massive and comfy, now searching for that mattress to buy at home
Across the road from shopping centre, movies, and resteraunts
Pool is next level, own lifeguard, cabanas and icecream trolley
Buffet breakfast had foods from each country, huge selection
Staff very friendly and helpful

Not a good reflection of Hilton as an international hotel. Far to much about gambling, no hotel experience, wouldn’t st
Pros:

Nice rooms

Cons:

Facilities are bad unless you want to use Casino. Staff u helpful when out of hours. Not a welcoming hotel. I have stayed in Hilton hotels for years, this simply does not compare. It is all about making more money out of customers, very little value for money. Would not use again
