Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts, where Hilton loyalty quietly disappears.
Hilton Honors Gold isn’t just overlooked here, it’s irrelevant. No acknowledgment, no benefits; you may as well be checking in for the first time.
Reception set the tone: abrupt and curiously indifferent. Service never quite recovered.
Sunday breakfast completed the picture, disorganised, unmanaged, and featuring the memorable detail of a chipped glass that quite literally cut my lip. Not the kind of impression one expects to take away.
I normally stay at Fairmont Manila, where loyalty is recognised and guests are treated accordingly.
One stay here was more than enough. AVOID!

Beautiful hotel, great buffet breakfast, fantastic large hotel rooms.
We arrived at 3pm and our rooms were ready until 5.15pm. Weren’t offering a late check out until I asked for one the next morning.
Excellent stay close to Terminal 3. We had a room with balcony which was large. We also got executive lounge access which was perfect as our flight didn’t leave till the following night so they gave us access post checkout.
Stayed one night at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts in room 542 on the executive floor.

Paid approximately ₱14,000 for one night.
Received a complimentary upgrade to the executive floor at check-in. Check-in process was completed without delay. Staff interactions at the front desk and throughout the hotel were consistent.
In the bathroom, the sink faucet was loose and tilted to the side. It was not secured to the counter. Water flow was functional.
Hot water in both the sink and shower required approximately five minutes of running before reaching temperature.
Visited the executive lounge during the stay. The lounge space was limited. Furniture and fixtures appeared dated. Food selection and amenities were limited. There was one coffee machine in the lounge. Multiple guests were using it at the same time.
Room maintenance checks before assignment would address fixture issues. Additional coffee machines in the executive lounge would reduce wait times. I would consider staying again if rates are closer to ₱8,000 per night.

sehr schönes Hotel mit super Frühstück und Pool in der Nähe von Terminal 3. Man musste einmal über die Strasse gehen (oberirdische Überführung) um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Das Hotel hat eine direkte Anbindung an ein schickes Einkaufszentrum. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen als Zwischenstopp für 2 Nächte.
