One night superb stay
Pros:

You can’t fault anything in this hotel. Everything is exceptional from the moment of arrival after midnight till our departure, we even managed to at after late arrival. The room was superb, requested a cot bed and all was ready in the room for us.

Cons:

It’s a little pricey but hey.. you get what you pay for.

Pros:

Fantastic. Luxury rooms, helpful and friendly staff, big pool area with swim-up bar and good gym. The hotel is connected to the Newport mall by a tunnel for shops and restaurants. I appreciated being able to stay by the pool area after checkout until my flight from Manila airport.

Mediocre for a five star hotel. Guests convenience and clealiness needs to be improved
Pros:

I lile the size of the rooms they were very big.

Cons:

I did not like that even after I pre-requested for early check-in it was not granted to me even if I was a Hilton member. After a long flight my family and I had to wait for hours until the room was ready and that was not what I was hoping to get. Another thing the shower was bad and the pillows are not comfy and some areas of the room were nlmot properly cleaned.

Great option for a stop over in Manila
Pros:

We used the hotel as an overnight stop over on our holidays. It is within walking distance from terminal 3 and also provides a free shuttle service. The hotel is connected conveniently to a mall, allowing to kill some time betwene flights.
