Hilton Manila provided 5 star service. We enjoyed our executive balcony room with lounge access.
Pros:

Another outstanding stay at the Hilton Manila Newport. Our executive room had a large balcony with seating and a table overlooking the swimming pool. The executive lounge was brilliant. The food and beverage selection was excellent. The delicious food and exceptional customer service made for a comfortable experience.

A dream stay at the Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts
Pros:

This property exceeded expectations in every way. The entire facility is absolutely beautiful and has incredible decor. The staff went the extra mile every time to provide true 5 star service. The breakfast was incredible. The location could not be beat either. Not only is there a mall, restaurants, and a casino accessible directly from the hotel, but it is close to the airport and the Mall of Asia.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect.

From a bad first impression to a satisfied stay
Pros:

Big thanks to the management team and especially Ms. Margaret for turning our stay around. She and the other managers really stepped up to make sure we were taken care of, and it honestly showed us what 5-star service is all about.
​Also, as an OFW, I was so happy with the food at Kusina. I wasn't expecting such great Filipino dishes, and it really hit the spot for my cravings from home. Huge thanks to the team for making the difference!

Cons:

My booking was for 3 people, but the toiletries and amenities were only for 2. It felt like the room wasn't prepared for us at all since the occupancy was ignored. There was also no minibar in the room, which was a bit of a letdown. I really hope the bad first impression we had doesn't happen to another guest, as the management clearly knows how to provide a great experience.
