Pros:

Huone oli hyvin äänieristetty ja sänky oli hyvä. Ilmastointi oli todella tehokas ja viihdejärjestelmä oli toimiva. Valaistus oli tunnelmallinen.

Cons:

Pöydällä oli pinttynyttä likaa. En odottanut näkeväni tämän tasoisessa hotellissa.

Suihku oli hieman epäkäytännöllinen (vivut).

It was comfy and I was able to rest properly after a long flight.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, Marco who cleaned our room was very accommodating. Rayan also remembered our drinks the 2nd day breakfast and served to us prior to us ordering.

Cons:

The pool was big, however it was not cleaned properly, should be maintained properly. Also, some towels have holes but it was still usable. I think there should be a periodic check inside the rooms like the weighing scale for batteries, also the blowers for any faulty wirings to avoid any accidents.

It was a pleasant stay. All the staff were kind and helpful! Joy and Kim were amazing and very accommodating staff.

Cons:

Advertised as a king bed room but bed was queen size and conceen diamissed by staff as all they had. Which is not enough for a supposed 5 star property and american brand.

We could have stayed elsewhere with a king or a xheaper place with a queen.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet & swimming pool. Its connecting mall and casino with lots of dining choices.

Cons:

Location. Super traffic to get to the hotel and roads are confusing due to too many construction and Google Maps is not updated so we had to navigate too many times to get to the hotel.
