long weekend with family
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilton during the long weekend. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Arcie, who was in the lobby and kindly helped us when our son had a tantrum while we were waiting for our service to go home. Her patience, kindness, and genuine care meant so much to our family. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we look forward to staying again.

Its a nice hotel modern and clean. Room is very spacious , I really like how there is so much space. The bathroom is also spacious with bath tub and shower separately available. I like that the staff are also very helpful and courteous, they greet you with the intention of making your day feel better.

Cons:

Can be improved by providing coffee maker instead of coffee sachets like other Hilton Hotels around the world.

Bad service, not worth the price
Pros:

Room service was terrible, took such a long time for the staff to take my orders - repeated so many times then when the food arrived it was incomplete, then we waited again. We also waited 30 minutes for the bellman. These are basic hotel services. The breakfast buffet was horrible.

Cons:

Room services was bad. So many waiting times for he price they charged us. It is not a five star services as they advertised.

Great and awesome place to stay with the family.
Pros:

Warm and friendly staff, making it so easy to deal with them. Yummy breakfast buffet spread. Pool, though shared, is clean and kids had so much fun!

Just the smoking area near the toilets in the pool area.
