Todo respecto a la estancia en el hotel fue excelente. La habitación ( suite familiar) superó mis expectativas. Todos fueron muy amables. Pudimos ocupar además la sala de juegos sin portería y el desayuno fue excelente!

We had a lovely room and lashes if hot water which after days at hotels where caliente meant lukewarm was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is far away from anything that would cause too much noise so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was OK. The parking worked fine.
Not a case of not liking things but the hotel is a massive spraw,ing thing that must be very hard to maintain. It won't work for people with accessibility issues. You also tend to rattle around a bit if there are next to nobody in the hotel. Eating there might be a bit sad but there is a nice cafe with very limited menu across the road. Otherwise eating could be a challenge. The hotel is quite a walk from the centre and the walk isn't that appealing but neither is the centre of the town. The hotel worked very wellfor us as a stopover between Cuenca and Quito. Probably my overpriced for what it is but that is often the case with smaller towns we ha e found and they have an enormous overhead to cover.

The staff was very helpful and they were exceptional when it came to helping us find things. They even got up early to fix our breakfast for an early departure. I will stay here anytime I am in Riobamba
I was staying with my sister and my baby, but we couldn't sleep well because there were a party in the hotel, and we heard all the noise.
Uncomfortable bed - very small for a double. No hot water either in the evening or in the morning. Only guests there - and no food available. Left before breakfast (7am).

We began with a nice room facing Mt.Chimborazo, but the WiFi didn’t work in that room. After complaining, we were moved into a huge room that had an adjoining room with a fireplace (no wood) and a nice seating area that we were unable to use. The WiFi worked OK but we scheduled breakfast for 7am to catch a bus to Aluasi but no one was there when we came for breakfast, so we skipped it and made our bus deadline. Overall the hotel was OK, considering we were the only guests there.
