Staff were very pleasant and helpful from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, reception and Assistant General Manager. Facilities were good. Location was great with a shopping centre within walking distance with lots of places to eat out too. Room and kitchenette were fabulous.

The hot tub was broken and out of service. The pool needed to be vacuumed and it did not seem like the filtration system was on!

The location was right next to the mall and entertainment (dave and busters.). Multiple entrance ways for easy access to room.
The shower door did not close, the glass door was uneven so it would slide open half way. The shower walls had multiple cracks in it as well.

The facility was very nice, clean, and the people were very friendly.
This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here with my family. There is a hot tub but we did not go in. It was not very inviting. The last time we stayed the hot tub was not working do to maintenance.

Property needs some work they seem to be having all kinds of water plumbing issues. Rooms need updating and better thorough cleaning in between guests
The Location and Breakfast
Bathroom sink automatically clog & shower drain had to be held up with wine opener in order for the tub not to be backed up with water. Dog hair EVERYWHERE in the carpets. Owning 4 fur babies myself - that was UNACCEPTABLE. Either understaffed cleaning service wise or staff just doesn’t care and makes rooms look good.

Very clean!!! Very comfortable furniture and smelled clean! The room had good climate control. Breakfast pleased one of us.
Room was at first missing 2nd kitchen chair (staff found one and brought it pretty quickly). Noisy refrigerator all night. Breakfast unappealing to 2nd traveler.
