Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah

Wat een geweldig hotel!!! Van het interieur tot het personeel, alles was werkelijk fantastisch. Zeer ruime en nette kamer. Gratis champagne van 11.00-22.00 uur. Super lieve medewerkers bij de receptie, valet en bij het zwembad. Het eten is ook zeer aan te raden.

We had a quick but great stay at Perry Lane. The hotel is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is amazing with top of line products and oversized towels that wrap around you twice! We have room service dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious. Our favorite part of the whole stay was an employee named Saivon. He greeted us at the valet. Walked us in and handed us champagne. He was so warm and welcoming from the second you met him. He felt like a familiar friend. He then took us up to the room. Our son has autism and he could see he was having a hard time adjusting to the new space. He left and writhing a few minutes later returned with a bag of toys for our son. This was the sweetest thing ever!!! Then when we asked him about the phone in our room that wasn’t working he took our room service order and had someone come fix the phone. He truly made our experience even more memorable and special. We can’t wait to return and spend more time at Perry Lane in the future.

Lovely hotel relaxing comfortable clean luxurious, wonderful staff! Julian at the front door was so kind and helpful he and Randy the concierge provided the best resturant options! Champagne upon arrival!! Roof top bar! Truly a wonderful time was had!

I must be missing something because these reviews are amazing. I thought this was a totally mediocre experience. Staff at the front desk seemed inexperienced, There are two towers to the hotel and the bellmen seemed to not know what to do as people are entering and leaving both towers. The business office is the worst ever. A computer and printer that don’t work. The roof top pool and bar sound fun but so crowded that there was no way to enjoy either of them. They say it is a luxury experience and the finishes on the rooms are nice, but the $550 room was small and just okay. I will say the water pressure was amazing, as was the hair dryer, and the housekeeping people should be paid 1/2 of the cost of the room because they were so good. But honestly for the price of this experience, I would not really recommend it. Just OK.

We recently visited Savannah and chose to stay at the Perry Lane Hotel based on its excellent reputation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
When our reservations were made through Marriott's reservation service, we specifically requested a rollaway bed for our room. That request was confirmed at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, we were informed that a rollaway bed could not be accommodated in our room because it would violate fire safety regulations. If that was the case, the request should never have been confirmed.
The only solution the hotel offered was for us to book an additional room at an extra cost of approximately $1,000. Since we had traveled from New York and the hotel was fully aware we had no practical alternative, we felt we had no choice but to pay.
What disappointed us even more was the lack of customer service. We spoke with multiple staff members and managers, who repeatedly said there was nothing they could do. One manager promised to look into the situation and follow up later that evening or the next day, but we never heard from anyone. When we asked the following morning, we were told the manager was off for the weekend.
We disputed only the additional room charge after returning home because the extra expense resulted from a confirmed accommodation request that the hotel could not honor. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the matter.
My advice to future guests is to verify directly with the hotel that any special accommodations or requests have actually been approved, even if they are confirmed during the reservation process. A luxury hotel should not put guests in this position, and we expected much better communication and customer service.

I had the best experience staying at the Perry Lane Hotel. The level of Southern hospitality was truly above and beyond five-star. From the management team and concierge to the food and beverage staff, everyone went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had a memorable stay.

Our room was spacious, the minibar was thoughtfully curated, and the bathroom amenities felt incredibly luxurious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip. If you’re visiting Savannah, the Perry Lane Hotel is an absolute must.

Central location and walking distance to most points of interests. Clean room and bathroom, friendly, young and professional staff. Great breakfasts with complimentary coffee. Very cool rooftop bar for sunset viewing. Carpets in the hallways of both buildings are odorous and need to be replaced asap. Air purifiers were put put but will not solve the issue.

We had a fantastic experience with the Perry Lane Hotel car service, thanks to Taylor! He was excellent in every way — prompt, courteous, professional, and incredibly fun to be around.
After picking our group up after dining out, Taylor made our ride back to the hotel one to remember by letting us have an impromptu karaoke session in the car. We sang our hearts out, laughed the entire way back, and had an absolute ball!
It’s rare to find someone who combines outstanding service with such a great personality. Taylor truly elevated our evening and made a wonderful night even more memorable. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your driver, you’re in for a treat!

You are missing out if you don’t stay at Perry Lane. It has been absolutely incredible. Everyone here is so warm and helpful and kind. We have wanted for nothing and they make you feel like part of the family. The rooms are spacious. The location is right down town Savannah five minutes to all the restaurants and shops. The atmosphere is beautiful in this hotel. It’s almost like a little boutique hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here My mom‘s 91st birthday is the reason we came and they have made her feel so special. Saivon and Sy have been so kind and made us feel so special. The two of them have gone above and beyond. They have been so attentive and we have absolutely loved our stay here. All of the other staff members have been amazing. or coming in or out of the hotel. They were there the entire time taking care of us.

Absolutely everything! Love the decor, the comfort, the all day champagne, the friendly team. All top notch! Have stayed many places and Perry Lane stands above the rest. Have shared my sentiment with many people. We will be back!

Great location, very attentive friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Complimentary Prosecco and coffee was a nice touch. Nice bar and breakfast. Pool on the roof looked nice but we had lightening so couldn’t try it.

Emporium brunch was AMAZING. Our waitress was so kind… Valet was very helpful and kind.

Carter and the entire team at the front were he best part of our trip, the excellence we had with the staff made the lack of good restaurants in the area a funny and candid memory.

The Perry lane made Savannah much more palatable. We bought cute outfits to go to the grey to find out it was a bar food menu and the chef was out of town and none of the offerings on the menu were available.

We came here to eat, drink and be merry, I can say without a doubt you do not need to leave the hotel to have the best escargot, brunch, drinks, or small bites.

Don't waste your time on the locals fave places to eat, stay in your lane... the Perry lane.

All we needed was here. Thank you so much to the entire staff. We felt welcomed, valued, and appreciated we felt the staff really gave so much care to our stay. We will be back soon, and we already know we won't leave the lane next time we come to stay.
