Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah

Our first stay at Perry Lane, absolutely stunning! Elegant yet unpretentious with beautiful spacious room and great rooftop. The staff is fantastic, the concierge Randy is 10/10 customer service excellence! We will stay here again.

We chose the Perry Lane from a view recommended options and I’m glad we did. The location is walkable to everything and the room was well-appointed and very comfortable. There’s some special adds that made the stay especially enjoyable - complimentary house car to nearby restaurants, complimentary bubbles in the lobby, and a very knowledgeable concierge service. Thank you Randy and Katherine for booking us two wonderful tours and helping us decide where to eat. Will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again.

I had an absolutely marvelous stay at the Perry Lane Hotel, and while my room and the included little extras were lovely touches, what made this place extra special were two of the best staff whom I've had the pleasure to meet. Charlene in the Emporium Kitchen and Reign at the front desk were rock stars! When I experienced a little hiccup with my breakfast order, Charlene was superb in the way she handled the situation. Reign was also amazing in taking care of me as I checked out of the hotel, and I'm so glad these are the two final people I interacted with at the hotel. They have left a lasting positive impression for me of the wonderful Perry Lane Hotel!

Luxurious delightful hotel, run at Marriott / Ritz Carlton level quality, staff in every position were helpful and engaged. We enjoyed every moment, every interaction.

Great location, walkable to most everything. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel has a free car service that will bring you and pick you up (you may need to wait as they accommodate other guests but they keep you informed on the timing). Concierge, Randy and Katherine, were both amazing and were always ready to help plan your stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Perry Lane Hotel was one of the best experiences we've had in Savannah! The hotel is lovely, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect! HOWEVER, what truly made our weekend memorable was the exceptional front office staff!First, we were greeted by REIGN, who was so kind, welcoming, and hospitable throughout our entire stay! She's a gem at the front desk! Mimi was very helpful and always served with a smile! Our bellman Jordan was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations to make our time in Savannah enjoyable! The restaurant staff was also very nice! We truly enjoyed our time at Perry Lane and would highly recommend it for a luxury stay when visiting Savannah.

Our stay at the Perry Lane hotel was absolutely incredible. It feels like a true vacation at a second home. We loved the rooftop bar and Carter & Mimi were incredibly accommodating. They felt like an extension of our group as they were knowledgeable and helpful with all of the amenities. We also were extremely grateful for the house drivers- we are already preparing our next trip here!

My wife and I recently spent two days in Savannah and decided to stay at Perry Lane Hotel. We are so glad we did.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We were offered glasses of champagne during check-in, and the front desk team was incredibly warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, every staff member we passed smiled, said hello, and made us feel at home.

The hotel itself was spotless. The common areas, elevators, and our room were all beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed.

It is clear that General Manager Drew Dutoit has built a wonderful team and a strong culture of hospitality. Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely proud to be there, and it showed in the service.

Greeted by Julian and Jake at the valet, who were extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was amazing, best shower I’ve ever had and phenomenal service.

Our stay at the Perry Lane Hotel was fantastic, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Concierge Randy Rodriguez . Randy managed to secure tickets for us to the Savannah Bananas baseball game. Every request was met with incredible warmth and professionalism. Service of this caliber is rare and made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you, Randy Rodriguez !

Our stay at Perry Lane Hotel was made memorable by an incredible team. Reign at the front desk went above and beyond, remembering our names throughout our stay and making us feel like more than just guests. Little touches like that turned a nice hotel stay into something special.

Daniel and Joseph on the bellhop team were just as wonderful, warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed.

The bottomless prosecco and unlimited popcorn were great touches too, small perks that added a lot to the overall stay.

Between the three of them, the level of service made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. If you’re staying at Perry Lane, hope you get to meet this team.

Great location, clean and welcoming, other than fingerprints on front doors. I usually have many more complaints other than "fingerprints" but they are annoying when all else is spotless. Comfortable rooms and above average common spaces to sit and wait if needed.
In particular they have a professional Concierge named Randy who not only knows his city but listens well to the client and matches the two. He helped make our stay memorable and separates this hotel from others nearby.

Wat een geweldig hotel!!! Van het interieur tot het personeel, alles was werkelijk fantastisch. Zeer ruime en nette kamer. Gratis champagne van 11.00-22.00 uur. Super lieve medewerkers bij de receptie, valet en bij het zwembad. Het eten is ook zeer aan te raden.

We had a quick but great stay at Perry Lane. The hotel is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is amazing with top of line products and oversized towels that wrap around you twice! We have room service dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious. Our favorite part of the whole stay was an employee named Saivon. He greeted us at the valet. Walked us in and handed us champagne. He was so warm and welcoming from the second you met him. He felt like a familiar friend. He then took us up to the room. Our son has autism and he could see he was having a hard time adjusting to the new space. He left and writhing a few minutes later returned with a bag of toys for our son. This was the sweetest thing ever!!! Then when we asked him about the phone in our room that wasn’t working he took our room service order and had someone come fix the phone. He truly made our experience even more memorable and special. We can’t wait to return and spend more time at Perry Lane in the future.

Lovely hotel relaxing comfortable clean luxurious, wonderful staff! Julian at the front door was so kind and helpful he and Randy the concierge provided the best resturant options! Champagne upon arrival!! Roof top bar! Truly a wonderful time was had!
