Spectacular stay
Pros:

Our family of three spent two nights in Savannah and wished it was longer - largely because of the comfort and experience of the Perry Lane Hotel. Friendly service, from the valets to the front desk folks to the concierge to the servers at the breakfast restaurant and the rooftop bar. The location is outstanding as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Mother’s Day Brunch Fun
Pros:

I’ve always enjoyed my experience at the Emporium restaurant when I come to town. I was visiting my mother for Mother’s Day and made reservations for brunch. It’s always so easy dining here and from the Valet staff, Front desk staff, to the host and wait staff. Every interaction is great from beginning to end. Big thanks to Charlene for an amazing experience at brunch and making my mother feel special with the rose and thanks to Matthew for the seamless valet experience from dropping off to bringing the car around.

Very helpful
Pros:

I am the motorcoach operator for TAUCK we still there for three nights and every time I ask this young man, Matthew for something for my guest on the bus for ice when I was dropping off my guest. He was very accommodating very great experience.

Family friendly, luxury stay - they have a toy treasure chest at check in!
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, attentive staff, beautiful rooms, great food, so friendly to kids! They had a treasure chest for the kids to pick a toy from at check-in. Location is excellent - highly walkable - go to the children's museum!

Perfect birthday weekend
Pros:

The best of the best. From service,comfort, food, rooftop bar and pool… all was excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Bed was super comfy with great pillows and awesome shower.. loved everything

Perfect location perfect hotel
Pros:

Fabulous hotel with the most delightful young staff eager to please . Location could not be better for exploring beautiful Savannah. The concierge was great with restaurant recommendations.
The room was gorgeous . We booked a deluxe king . Every amenity was there .
Breakfast was amazing each morning. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar but it was a tad windy in April . Savannah is gorgeous use this beautiful hotel as your base .

A Wonderful Stay in Savannah!
Pros:

We took a mother/daughter trip and visited Savannah for the first time. We enjoyed our stay at the Perry Lane very much. The room was spacious and clean. The rooftop offered nice views of the area and seating to sip/share bites/visit. It is located in a nice section of the historic district. The breakfast offerings were quite nice and staff wonderful.

Reign Made Our Stay!!
Pros:

We just had our company retreat here this past week. Hotel was excellent, as was location! But, I would like to specifically shoutout Reign at the front desk!

I broke the wheels on my roller bag on the way to the hotel. And I was not looking forward to having to roll my limping bag along during my layover in Atlanta. Reign went out of her way to find duct tape and scissors and then proceeded to tape my wheels together which was perfect enough to get me home without physically carrying my suitcase through the airport.

Reign is a great asset to the property and it was a pleasure having her smiling face there throughout our stay.

Fantastic Hotel in the Heart of Historic Savannah

The staff were one of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever experienced! They took time to know us personally and help with anything we needed. Stellar 6-star service!

Cons:

There is not a coffee maker in the room which would have been nice. Other than that the room, staff, facilities, amenities were stellar...

Patchy service, poor communication that pool area was closed on a Saturday afternoon for a private event - given this was the main reason for booking this hotel, a real disappointment. Staff on roof area rude and dismissive

Amazing as always!
Pros:

We go at least each year for Christmas and try to get a summer trip in. This property and the people that work here are hands down the coolest and friendliest in the Marriott family in the South East.
