Pros:

hotel bem limpo, arejado e muito bem localizado. Pertinho do centro e de alguns pontos turisticos. facil de encontrar. atendentes bastante receptivos e prestativos.

Não vale o custo beneficio.
Pros:

Hotel situado em bom local, porém antigo e sem muita conservação, quarto com sérios problemas, porta de entrada emperrada, a água do ar condicionado pinga dentro do quarto, piso de madeira antiguissimo necessitando imediatamente de uma manutenção, bacia da privada mal presa.
