Overall enjoyable - would recommend even with the caveats above
Pros:

Well situated close to public transport for an easy ride to central, being slightly out of central means you don’t have nightlife under your window as it’s the corporate area and no night clubs.
Modern building and room.
Clean throughout.
Modern sizeable bathroom.

Cons:

The let down is the lack of breakfast on site though there’s eateries nearby which are quite varied and yummy it does mean mornings take longer especially if you’re of the type that likes to clean their teeth after eating and not before! You’ll also have to wait for those orders to be completed which depends on the queue length at the eatery downstairs.
Also I cannot understand why reception is on 9th floor (9 which is one flight of stairs from the Main Street)…. Which if you’re not used to that kind of thing may confuse you and think you’ve come to the wrong place or you’ve missed another door!

I was pleased with my accommodation. Overall the hotel itself is a beautiful one.
Pros:

The place was clean and near where I needed to go the next day.

Cons:

That the bathroom didn't have a vent or fan for the steam, and if it did I didn't know where it was.

Pros:

Modern, clean hotel in a great location opposite Metro Station and buses and a short walk to trains

Cons:

Nothing really. North Sydney is a bit sleepy on a weekend, but there are still plenty of good cafes and restaurants around

Good location for metro access but car park cost high & many levels to descend
Pros:

Good location close to Victoria Cross station.

Cons:

Daily cost of car park wasn’t listed prior to booking stay, this would have made us think twice before booking.

Pillows were not very comfortable.
