All food here were tasty and delicious. Chef Reno made with good service and great taste. Mas Reggie and Mba Dea served them with love and warm hospitality. Thanks to Mbak Tia for great support and warm response at every requests coming from us. No complaints from our team during their stayed here. We will certainly return back to Harper Cikarang for our company next event.

It’s value for money. Room is just right for solo traveler. Food and services are good.
A pleasant stay, a better breakfast experience. Go try their non-stop-refilling-croissant and watermelon juice. The staffs (Mba Ara, Mas Ramadhan, Mba Dhea, and others) are helpful and friendly.

Harper is located just a stone's throw away from my workplace in Cibatu, Cikarang Selatan.
My team had lunch here, and were pleased by the quality of service.
The staff made an effort to ensure all our food is served at the same time.

When I went to the industrial site of Cikarang, which is somewhat remote from Jakarta, I had no idea what to anticipate. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had an amazing experience that I did not anticipate. Everything I needed was in the room where I stayed. My conference room was cozy. The personnel was supportive. The breakfast area always had a good variety of menu items, which impressed me. Despite the small interior space, the service was excellent. Fahmi, Faisal, and Selamat are a few names worth mentioning. Well done!
