Kamer met toegang tot de zwembad
Restaurant sloot om 20.00. Natte vloer dat erg glad was. Een rek om je natte zwemkleding op te hangen.persoon niet erg behulpzaam. Ik vroeg ze een taart voor ons te regelen ivm een verjaardag. Dat moesten wij zelf maar doen. Wij hadden wat gasten en konden niet met ze in de achtertuin zitten, maar op onze kamer.

Locatie, parkeren, ontvangst prima, bedden lekker zacht. Mooie kamer, mooi bad.
Kamer heel vochtig en schimmelachtige geur. Alles heel klam en onprettig. Niet lekker geslapen. Dochter werd niet lekker. Hotel oogt mooi maar als je goed kijkt zie je veel gebreken. Trap naar restaurant glad, gevaarlijk. Balkon niet helemaal tot einde "dak". Daardoor "beperkt" zicht. Had er meer van verwacht. Blij dat we maar 1 nacht hadden gereserveerd.

"Ein wirklich gutes Hotel in Kanchanaburi! Besonders toll ist das Zimmer mit dem sprudelnden Whirlpool – das ist Entspannung pur mit Blick auf den Fluss.
Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung: Die Fenster beim Lift und auch die Treppe zum Restaurant müssten dringend einmal gründlich geputzt werden. Wenn diese Details bei der Sauberkeit noch passen würden, wäre es perfekt.
Ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Ambiente. Gerne wieder!"

Pool access was not as open or inviting comparable to other hotels
It was an absolute dream to stay the night here after 2 months on rock hard beds!! We wanted to splurge on a treat and staying here met that expectation. The swimming pool was the best, so deep and clean and with a gorgeous view over the river. The bath was perfect too and those soft mattresses 😍

We loved the room so large the bed was so so comfortable best nights sleep ever the pool was great and the view was amazing, breakfast was great too and the staff were amazing so close to everything.
