Great pool but that’s where it ends
Pros:

The pool is amazing but can be difficult to get in and out of due to sharp rocks surrounding the pool. The amount of variety for the breakfast.

The cleanliness and state of the facilities.
The pool side sun beds were in poor condition and had tears in the mesh and the wooden ones were so hard that they were uncomfortable to use, suggest buying some cushions for them. They seem to spend a lot of time sweeping but the floor area around the pool is filthy, leaving you with dirty feet.
Also having to go to the restaurant to get pool towels and having to sign for them makes it feel like you’re not trusted.
We would further suggest that rather than read the riot act before people sign in,land asking people to sign makes it feel unwelcoming. We also noticed that staff were required to take photos of their work, to outsiders it seems that company doesn’t trust them. Pool side service from the staff in the restaurant would certainly add to the service levels which was totally lack luster, from check in to check out. Absolutely no disability access to recreational facilities or restaurant,which is strange because they have a button on the elevator specifically for people who may be wheelchair users.

Relaxing, mesmerising and adventurous
Pros:

Location, stunning setting and friendly staff. Hotel bikes and short ride to both Bridge over the River Kwai and cemetery. Views from both the rooms and terrace are exceptional

Heerlijk hotel
