Won't come again next time
Pros:

The location is very close to the city center

Cons:

1. We booked a room of four people, but there is only one bathroom, which is very unreasonable! What is even more unacceptable is that the bathroom is outside the room (the public corridor), which has caused great inconvenience to us!
2. The landlord (an old lady, maybe just the administrator) has a very bad attitude and is very unfriendly to us. She can't speak English. We can always feel that she has said something unfriendly to us in Georgian. Whenever we have a little movement, she will roll her eyes at us 🙄🙄😠

Pros:

I stayed in the room with a balcony and the morning was sunny so I brought my perfect cappuccino cup from downstairs cafe of theirs and enjoyed the day. If not Gudauri trip planned, I would've stayed more.

Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

And the Location - perfect.

המיקום טוב .כרגע הסביבה לא מטופחת.
Cons:

הרחוב חשוך לא נקי .חלק מהדירה בשיפוץ .זה לא מלון .זה דירה בת 2 קומות.החדר נקי מעוצב היטב.ריח לא נעים במקלחת.

İlk girişimizde gayet temiz ve çalışan güler yüzlüydü
Balkon olması çok hoş

Cons:

Dairenin tamamı diye girdiğimiz bir bavul ve bir yatak sığabilen bir odaydı
Bir göz oda için o kadar para ödedik
Banyoyu sular seller götürdü aşırı konforsuzdu
Odalar arası izolasyon o kadar kötüydü ki yan odada yürüyenlerin sesi geliyordu.

Pros:

Important we rented the apartment (not the hotel room) it was super convenient , top price . We could cook a little bit in the kitchen and enjoy the balcony . Nothing fancy but very nice !

Günstiges Zimmer in toller Lage - mehr als genug, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

Super gelegen, sehr nettes Personal!

Cons:

Das Fenster des ZImmers geht auf den Flur hinaus. Es war in der Zimmerbeschreibung vermerkt, daher alles so weit richtig, gefallen hat es mir trozdem nicht, besonders, da das ZImmer sehr hellhörig dadurch war.

The best apartment in Tbilisi!
Pros:

Amazing property!! Booked the apartment with terrace for one night, for my stopover between returning from Yerevan and my onwards flight from Tbilisi. I wish I had booked it for my entire week in Tbilisi the previous week! The hotel is in an amazingly central location, in the heart of the Old Town, with a super comfortable, large bed and all the facilities you could need. The apartment itself was really big, with good air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fully stocked kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. It was also so, so quiet despite its central location, which was much needed for peaceful sleep!! They even provided travel cards for the subway/funicular, which is a really thoughtful touch. For the price, it’s so worth staying. Will definitely be choosing this place again if/when I return to Tbilisi!!!! Thanks for such a lovely stay :)))

Отель в центре города. Были семьей в большом номере. Все понравилось. Немного не удобно что туалет не в самом номере, а возле. Но для нас это не было проблемой

Всё сделано для гостей как для себя ( плитка в ванной, пано в спальне, мелкие детали оформления, старинный камин в холле, репродукции картин импресионистов). В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Гостеприимная хозяйка Кэти всегда готова помочь и откликнуться на ваши просьбы. Нам бонусом был кувшин домашнего грузинского вина. Место тихое никто и ничто не мешает отдыхать. Расположение в центре города. В пешей доступности: Набережная Куры, Площадь Свободы, башня и кафе Габриадзе, улочки старого города с его неповторимым колоритом. Рядом масса кафе и ресттранов с вкусной грузинской кухней
