Excellent
Pros:

Location is great, It's close to SDQ if you don't want to go to Boca Chica or a local airbnb, this is the place. It's right off the highway with secured access. Reception is very timely, and check in is very quick.

Cons:

This is a Dominican Republic problem. Sometimes when checking in , other staff seem to "need" something, and just interrupt the check in process. This is not the proper customer service. There are some minor maintenance issues already with this fairly new hotel.

Muy buena. Es perfecto cómo hotel de paso porque queda muy cerca del aeropuerto.
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda, pero me faltó un hervidor de agua en la habitación o una cafetera para hacer mi propia bebida caliente.

Cons:

El servicio de transporte siempre hay disponible pero los vehículos son muy viejos, feos y descuidados. Me tocó irme en uno que tenía el parabrisas del frente quebrado. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que yo viajé con mi bebé y solicité servicio a la habitación y no me lo dieron, tuve que bajar con mi bebé de 2 meses a recoger mi comida a la recepción.

Bad experience in this hotel
Pros:

That it is close to the SDQ airport.

Cons:

The room was very old and dirty. I saw long hair on the pillow. Remote for TV didn't work i had to remove the cable to be able to switch it off. Plus, my final pay was much more than what was the final price on the booking app. It was super expensive for a very basic hotel.

Todo ok cuidado con las estafas

Está bien: limpio y cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

Me cobraron 8 euros por una botella de agua en la que ponía que costaba 2 USD. Me dijeron que quizá era por el cambio (pagué con tarjeta). Más tarde en otros lugares pagué con tarjeta y era todo correcto. Simplemente me cobraron más y no sé ni porque, ya qué ira a Hilton

Ideal place to stay if arriving by plane and leaving by bus.
Pros:

Close to the airport. We stayed for one night as we caught the Carib Tours bus next morning to Samana. Both airport and bus terminal were close by. Breakfast was nice. Buffet. Had an evening meal in the restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing much in the neighbourhood. Dual carriageway meant walking was impossible.

Exceeded My Expectations
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely wonderful in every way. I stayed one night for the proximity to the airport. I would love to go back to stay longer and enjoy the amenities longer. It is also very close to Boca Chica beach.

The staff is one of the the friendliest, professional, and customer service-oriented of any hotel where I have stayed. You can tell they take great pride in the hotel and in making things wonderful for the guests.

The lobby staff is welcoming and there is a bar behind the desk where you can have a drink after check in. There is also an outdoor patio to enjoy the sunshine. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The rooftop pool is clean and is the perfect temperature with a partial cover.

I had to leave before breakfast started but I had the pleasure of having dinner there. For dining, there is a menu which includes a wide variety of options or you can select the buffet. The buffet was wonderful with so many things to choose from and all at a great price. Those in my group who ordered off the menu were very pleased.

For anyone needing an airport transfer, there is not a shuttle, however there is a 24 hour taxi immediately next door or you can get an Uber for about $5.00.

All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and is a destination all it's own so I recommend more than just a one night stopover.
