Hotel is 3 stars, had to ask about breakfast as it is served in the second building, 77 bangla hotel is in fact part of 2 hotels 7Q bangla and 77 bangla that are next to each other. Staff was nice and attentive, rooms were clean, I fell safe with my laptop for example.
Hotel was ok, but nothing remarkable. Don't both with breakfast, it can be described in 1 word "Underwhelming". Search for somewhere outside to eat !!!!
Building is Quiet Old.
Ideal for economical 1-2 night stay. So close & near to so many shopping/ sightseeing opportunities & so clean when compared with other accommodations in the area.
Unhesitatingly recommend as comfortable, “cared for”
tourist accommodation.
The location is great
Our first night we were put in a room facing Bangla boxing stadium it was so loud
The next day the staff moved us to a back room which was great and we couldn’t hear the stadium
Anything we needed staff assisted
Good location for families and walkable distance to some places like shopping walking street everything
Walking distance from Patong beach and bangla road. Can hear very dim sound of music in the balcony and won't hinder with your sleep. Amazing location with good breakfast options for vegetarians.
I walked out after seeing the condition of the room that’s looking over a dump, a/c that doesn’t work and mold in the tub. This is the worst I’ve ever came across and the unprofessional staff attitude toped it all. Don’t be fooled by the regular rate and huge discount you’ll see. It’s not even worth a dollar and the biggest disappointment is that Expedia list this property on its website.
Probably a little below 3 star level.
Also in need of repairs in room.
But was on the cheaper side so can't complain to much
Terrible hotel, very dated , hot water hit and miss then no water for a day when doing pool maintenance and guests were not informed. So no shower, no toilet.
Moved out halfway during my stay and they refused to refund me 6 nights .Would not recommend in any way stay clear of 7Q Bangla Hotel.
Is a walking distance to Patong beach and other places... good location..easy to get food... 7eleven and money changer and many more...
Hotel very close to boxing stadium which is very loud until midnight. Lots of loud people in hotel on one occasion not quiet until 630am . Walls very thin. Breakfast ok.
The reception girls were extremely helpful and easy to deal with.
But my only issue was that there are 2 hotels called 7Q and the taxi took me to the wrong one , initially ansd no one picked up that it was the wrong one till a day later so it cost me more money..
Only good thing is location close to Bangla... Otherwise was not cleaned room, I stayed 5 nights and only 1 day they cleaned my room.. Said we clean every 2 nd day....LOL very bad service. Would never ever stay there again. Also the girl working on reception has a bjatch attitude can show that in assss😂
Wonderful location. Easy walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Tons of great places to eat within steps. The only taxi we needed was to and from major sites (big buddha, freedom beach, etc) and the airport. Front desk staff was excellent. Extended my stay by a couple days with ease. The only downside are the beds - far too stiff for me. Will stay here again.
Extremely good location, only a few minutes walking distance to all the bars and restuarants
This was one of the worst places I have stayed ever, it was so LOUD at night you couldn't get a good night sleep. Even during the day it was loud they were always working on something at the hotel making noise all the time. The roof top pool and bar were a total joke and the breakfast made me sick the two days I ate it. NEVER AGAIN.
Had to change room multiple times when I first arrived they tried to do a bait and switch with my room tried to put me in a new building that they brought that was terrible with a horrible smell. Once they did give me the room that I booked the bathroom tube and curtain was dirty I complained and finally after almost a week I was moved to another room where the balcony door was broken so it let the outside heat and noise in I ended up leaving a day early
