Everything! It is much bigger than it looks, very spacious and each have there own bathrooms
No cleaning products, 1 dirty tea towel and not mu h toilet roll - all things you can take with you so wasn’t a huge drama
A very sociable house. Every room was lovely and a very good standard of furniture and decorations.
There was not a front door bell. Like all good parties we where in the kitchen at the very rear of the property, while waiting for take away.
Location, number of bedrooms, space, car parking. We had a couple of issues but Victoria (manager) promptly rectified them without a problem. She also kept in contact throughout our stay to ensure we were happy with everything. Thank you.
No area to sit out. We took a dog and unfortunately there was nowhere just to let him out. The back of the house (outside area) is a bit confusing 😕

We booked this house for a family getaway weekend and it was safe to say everyone enjoyed the stay as they are asking to book again!
Very clean and tidy setup, plenty of parking i think we had around 8 cars in the car park.
The rooms are really good, each room has a shower!
The host kept good communication with me and answered any questions i had before hand.
They’ve even got a piano in the house, I think my sister has learnt how to play the piano after staying here. 🤣
The facilities of the house, the snooker room, the lounge, the dining room, the kitchen were all very open and accommodating spaces.
Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and B&M all very close by!
30 mins from Cleethorpes beach!

Nothing major; but a few towels were missing from the rooms and some of the toilet roll needed topping up. The hot water had stopped working on the morning we were meant to be checking out but again wasn’t a major issue.
Fabulous downstairs rooms, large lounge and large separate dining room. 2 ensuite bedrooms on ground floor. Pool table, dartboard and board games in games room. Kitchen had all appliances and plenty of crockery. Separate laundry room. Breakfast island and dining table for 6 so plenty of room to eat.
House is ideal for a large group. Penthouse was massive with large ensuite. Probably more suited to younger legs as stairs were quite steep up to it so unfortunately went unused. 5-10 min walk into Brigg. Tesco and Lidl and several pubs and takeaways relatively nearby
Some of bedroom en suites were tired and could do with sealant redoing. No outdoor play space apart from large gravelled parking to front and small yard to rear (we had 6 children in our party of 20). Kids enjoyed the freedom in house. This is something I overlooked when booking but worth knowing
It’s huge and extremely well kept! Everyone said how comfy the beds were and how it was a really well thought out space for a large group of people.
Really reasonable price for an easy and comfortable stay. The contact with the property staff was second to none.
Perfect setting for a large family get together. Plenty of space and ideally located in Brigg. Close to a park and the town centre. Ample parking and great to have en suite rooms for everyone.
Nothing! Just make sure to bring your own shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets etc. as not provided. Thee were towels for everyone but no hand towels so maybe pack your own if wanted.
Booked whole house. Had a great time with family and friends. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Close to all local amenities. Only a few issues one shower did not work in one of the rooms. No scissors or corkscrew, bought a corkscrew, which we left there, so now there is one.
Would book again.

Every bedroom beautifully carpeted. Clean private bathrooms. Very comfy beds and pillows. Tv in every bedroom.

Needed a few more bits and pieces re Crockery utensils but a very minor point.
Fantastic accommodation. The amount of rooms and size of them was just what we needed and the pool / darts area was a resounding success for all of us.
Woukd be great if there was some fans to help cool us down but really, I’m nitpicking.
The size, it was perfect for our large group.
It was slightly cold and heating and hot water didn’t seem to work.
Brilliant facilities where everyone could have their own room with a bathroom, very spacious and good value for money!
