Cons:

The staff was not giving good vibes they were so rude especially the girl but I didn’t get her name after checking out she “HELPED” with my baggage and my mom ask her to put the things into the car boot but she was standing there

Overall, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I hope the management will take this feedback

Cons:

1. There was no air-conditioning from the lobby all the way to the rooms, which made it very uncomfortable.
2. The price is expensive and not worth what I received during my stay.
3. The toilet pipe was leaking, causing the bathroom floor to be wet all the time.
4. The carpet inside the room was extremely dirty and looked unhygienic.
5. There was no pleasant scent at all, unlike other hotels in the same price range.
6. The jacuzzi in the room didn’t function properly.
7. Parking was uncovered, which is inconvenient for guests.
8. The swimming pool was under renovation, yet the room rate remained high — I find this unfair since key facilities were not available.

Pros:

Overall it is a satisfactory stay. The room is comfy, staff are attentive and the food at the Chinese restaurant is tasty.
The only drawback is the ventilation, at the corridors and lift, smoke smells and odours at these areas.

Nice hotel, the room was a good size strange door doesn't shut very easily but instead of that being fixed there is an alarm on the door if it isn't completely closed
