Pros:

Extremely basic.Dont spoil your holiday by staying here. No bodywash or shampoo supplied. Just a dispenser on the wall dispensing a "2 in 1" something which you are supposed to use.. No hairdryer, no ironing board.No anything. To enjoy your holiday, stay somewhere else.

Pros:

Location is good and bathroom is clean. It will be better if the black anti UV sticker of the windows can be replaced by the transparent one or the curtains. I can't see the "city view" from my room as mentioned in the hotel.com website.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is new and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is also fantastic as a staging point to explore Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding area. There are tons of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again!

i'm renting the studio
water retained in toilet pail where small flying insects are around the pail, on the floors
the bedsheet n blanket is disgusting...
fridge is old and not switch on
power plug is limited

The staff has been very kind and nice. The room is spacious. Many varieties of shops and food nearby. Highly recommend.

Convenient location.
Pros:

The hotel is in the town area and easily accessible to the many tourist/shopping location nearby. Also the room are newly furnished and in good conditions. Plenty of restaurants around the area to get good food.
