Helpful staff, property might need refurbished
Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.
Had my shirt and trousers ironed: probably the best ironing of my life - give her a raise 😉

Cons:

I'm vegetarian and there weren't too many options to choose from for breakfast.
The air conditioning system is very old, not too efficient.
The walls/ door/ windows are not good noise insulators so you will hear noise from the street and the hallway also - this might be annoying for some, who are used to a fully insulated environment.

Pros:

i was surprised and never thought that this cozy hotel is actually spacious. Good breakfast and walkable to downtown. Many options nearby for food, bar, caffe etc. overall great experience. Will consider to comeback.
