*The hotel lobby constantly smelled of food because there is an Asian restaurant located right next to it. When entering a hotel, I expect the lobby to have a pleasant and fresh scent, not the smell of cooking.
* Although my stay had already been fully prepaid, I noticed that the hotel charged the full accommodation amount to the credit card provided for the security deposit. As a result, I was charged twice for my stay. When I went to the reception to question it, the staff initially insisted that no such charge had been made. Only after I showed my credit card transactions and persisted did they realize their mistake and reverse the charge. Had I not noticed it, I would have paid for my stay twice.
* By the third day of our stay, our room had still not been cleaned. When we returned to the room at around 6:00 PM, it was still dirty. The explanation given was that I had used the “Do Not Disturb” sign the previous day. However, I had not used it on that day, so I do not understand why the room was not serviced. Using it the day before should not prevent housekeeping from cleaning the room the following day.
* After I reported the issue and was assured that housekeeping would come, I waited about 30 minutes and checked the room again. Nobody had arrived.
* When calling reception from the room phone, nobody answered. We repeatedly had to go downstairs in person whenever we needed assistance.
* Even after housekeeping finally cleaned the room following our repeated requests and follow-up, the job was incomplete. The floors were not vacuumed or cleaned, and bathrobes were not replenished.
* Complimentary bottled water was not provided to the rooms, and the trash was not collected daily.
* There is no ventilation system in the bathroom.
* The room itself is quite small.
* Although we never wore outdoor shoes inside the room, the bottoms of our slippers became completely black, suggesting that the floors were not being cleaned properly.

Comfortable hotel near Orchard
Pros:

Comfortable hotel close to Orchard Road. You can walk (15 min) or take the bus to Orchard. The room was nice
and comfortable. Quite spacious and a great shower. I did not have any breakfast as there are so many malls in
Orcahrd area to get food.

Gutes Stadthotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das gute Frühstück, die angenehme Klimaanlage sowie der Pool. Ein tolles Detail war auch der zusätzliche Wasserhahn im Badezimmer für Trinkwasser – sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Im Zimmer gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen oder ordentlich zu verstauen.

Double charged for my stay.
Cons:
