Good hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Good breakfast and friendly staff at the restaurant.
Shuttle service is a real bonus
7-eleven is only 20metres away which is quite handy
Option of 2x pools

Cons:

The fridge in the room was not cold/pointless to have a fridge since it felt the same temperature as the actual bedroom- no temperature thermostat in the fridge to adjust either.

Radio stations did not work on our TVs so could not listen to some music - staff could not fix

Not much space in bedroom to unpack

Will not stay there again. The rooms are tired and too small.
Pros:

The only good thing was access to a proper gym and the coffee shop in the lobby.

Cons:

Felt more like a 3 star hotel... old and run down with very small rooms with no space for the suitcases!

Overall a pleasant stay not the best or the worst we have stayed in

Some good people who looked after us well

Cons:

Some other staff members where not as helpfull and seemed to struggle with the systems

Very good hotel with good value for money
Pros:

Quiet room
Easy to reach trains by foot or by catching a free shuttle, bus stops are in front of the hotel and easy to catch.
One station away from Orchard shopping district
Easy to get anywhere
Good value for money

Cons:

Very small bedroom
shuttle only comes every 45 min and not late at night-last one around 8 pm

Great overall experience, great staff.

Cons:

Shame about the noise from the renovations and the pickup drop off point bit confusing when getting picked up for tours. Will be good when finished.
