I love the location. There’s a shuttle bus that goes to Liat tower and MRT Stevens. Just outside the hotel, there’s a bus station. The room is bigger than any other hotel of same price.
There’s no bidet in the washroom. The breakfast is the same everyday so it’s boring for those who stays longer.

Location not very accessible to a new person not familiar with public transpo.
Room does not provide extra space to put stuff .At least below the TV, a ledge that can serve as a work space, or a place where some little stuff can easily visible and placed.
Same thing in the bathroom.
Especially if 2 people are sharing the room.
No ice maker on each floor like in other hotels.

Small space
I was upgraded to a suite which was a surprise I think the hotel was full. The room were very good and clean. Nice and quiet too.
The breakfast was a challenge. I went down 3 times to try to get in but each time the queue was out the door. The 4th time I got in there ok.

Dieses Hotel ist der absolute Wahnsinn- leider im schlechtesten Sinne. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Schimmel, und jeden Morgen musste man beim Frühstück in einer endlos langen Schlange anstehen, um sich mit vielen anderen Gästen um das Buffet zu streiten.
Bitte fahrt hier nicht hin, es vermiest die Urlaubsreise

Very clean, lots of facilities around, great pool.
10 minute walk to train to get into city
The view and the staff, staff very helpful and friendly.
No cupboard space to hang clothes, room a little small,difficulty in moving around.

We found Nazim the hotel manager to be very helpful when we had several issues to deal with in our room. He looked after us well to make the end of our stay so much better than the start.
The room very small with very small hanging space for about 5 hangers , didn’t like that you had clothes hanging right over the kettle and breakfast tray, towels and bath mats looked grubby and tatty, I wouldn’t give them to guests staying in my home let alone a hotel !! Floor was wet and very slippy in bedroom when returning one night and was quite dangerous. One bedside light didn’t work and never would as no fixtures which was pointless and it was needed as like to read in bed. Only one bedside table but not on the side where you needed to charge phones etc so not good as had to stack on the suitcases
