Facilities very great! Would be even better with bigger rooms
Pros:

Facilities were great, the shuffle bus was a bonus, staff are loving, food was good

Cons:

Rooms were way to small, very congested two of us were travelling with two big suitcases not enough space to store your suitcases, get ready and be comfortable in the room

Pros:

The bed was so comfortable! I would have stayed longer just to stay in bed. The location is just perfect. It wasn't too busy and it was not far from the bus stop.

Pros:

The Hotel was very nice, offered a bus service to drop you at Orchard Road and at the metro station, I loved the swimming pool and they have a convenience store on the property. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, so it’s a bit squashed if you 2 people in a room

Too cold/freezing public areas (reception, restaurants..). Booked 1 night more than needed by mistake - nothing was possible to do and i am (was) quite regular guest..

Cons:

Location, faclities, room was too small, no place to keep luggage for 2 persons. Hotel is overbooked although we had booked 6 room they could not give us even 1 room before checkin time. However our friend who had booked other hotels got at least 1 room by 10.30 am.

Bathroom light and hairdryer not working. Attitude of staff not professional and needs training. They give wrong information and make customers wait long time. For Mercure and for Singapore standards very low service quality.

La chambre était confortable et la piscine très agréable.

Cons:

Trop excentré, difficile de trouver quelques restaurants, il faut marcher au moins 20 minutes avant de trouver quelque chose.

Excellent service, perfect location and great gym!
Pros:

Staff members were very helpful and friendly and very respectful. The location was perfect only less than 10 minutes walk to Orchard Mall and hotel facilities were great especially the gym which I used regularly while staying there. Excellent breakfast every morning. Great cafe and restaurant close by if you want other options for lunch and dinner.
