Pros:

This is a scam. Booked and paid for it. Never was emailed any checkin information and it doesn’t have a front desk. It is basically an Airbnb. I called the number on the property listing on Expedia and the person that answered doesn’t own any property at Bangkok Sky Walk. Don’t rent this, it is a scam.

Pros:

チェックインをするどころか、ホテル関係者がいなく、そもそもコンドミニアムで、ホテルとして機能していなかった。ただ、金を払い、別のホテルを探す羽目になった

チェックインが大変

マレーシアから来てトランジットでの一泊利用。
まずここはコンドミニアムでありフロントがなく、自分でチェックインを電話で申請しておくという記述に気付かなかったのがいけなかった…幸い先方から昼頃電話をもらってつたない英語でコンファームできたので良かったがこれはもう少し目立つ表記にして欲しかった。ちなみに到着したら電話をくれればカギをもってロビーに行くとのこと…
で、22:30くらいに到着してみると他エージェントで予約したが部屋に入れないグループが2組8人くらい警備員と問答しててる状況…こちらは昼頃にかかってきた電話番号がつながらず焦ってカスタマーサポートへかけたりするもなんとか連絡がとれ待つこと30分、担当が来てホテル到着後1時間たってようやく部屋に入れたが他グループで入れないとこもあって運用は問題ありそう…
部屋自体は小奇麗なコンドミニアムで良かったが、相当海外慣れしていないと(最低英語で電話ができるレベルが必要かと)使わない方が良いかと思う…
