the rooms were very clean and modern, nice bathrooms and drinking water everyday. bed was very comfy too.

Cons:

our balcony wasn’t private at all, we were the end room so you could see in/out of our balcony from the main corridor to the elevator.

Любой вариант размещения будет лучше этого. Не рекомендую.
Pros:

Расположение отеля. Находится в абсолютно не туристическом районе. Можно окунуться в реальную среду местных жителей, интересный вариант в этом плане.

Cons:

1. Слышимость ужасно сильная. Слышно даже храп соседей. Разговоры и тд это как будто в твоей комнате. Такое чувство, что стены картонные в прямом смысле. Спать невозможно.
2. Свет в уборной включается вместе с основным светом в комнате. Если один человек спит, второй его обязательно разбудит, если хочет принять душ и тд. Абсолютно непродуманный вариант. Раковина для умывания в спальне. Фен включить тоже только в спальне можно, в ванной розетки нет.
3. Завтраки очень скудный выбор.

לא הייתה בריכה בניגוד לתמונות, המיקום מאוד לא טוב ולא מרכזי. חשבנו שהמלון קרוב לאזור הקניונים, בפועל הוא נמצא לפחות כ20-30 דקות הליכה משם, הרחוב של המלון הוא צדדי ומלוכלך מאוד. לא נעים להסתובב שם

Все доволі непогано. Хороший готель за свої гроші. Ми заплатили 1700 грн за ніч, а от наші друзі 3500...Звісно, що 3500 за ніч він не коштує. А от 1700 грн за ніч - як раз ціна цього готелю. І ще, не були включені сніданки, хоча ми були впевнені, що були.

Did not mention anywhere that it was a non smoking property (we booked the property because of the Balcony) however it is only on arrival that we were informed that it is a smoke free property and fine of 2000 Bhat for smoking.
