Safran Cave Hotel

This hotel located just about 5mins walk to Goreme town. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We booked 2types of rooms and both are satisfied. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was variety and we love the fact that the owner herself has prepared that. Taste home cooked meal prepared for the family.

El alojamiento es muy acogedor, la cama es cómoda y grande. El desayuno muy completo y rico, la terraza de la entrada bonita y cuidada.

Feride was an excellent host and made sure our short stay was as good as it can be.

Everything was good , specially breakfast and Mr Burak n Humanyun were very helpful and well mannered .

The hotel is very nice, built and decorated as a cave; we liked the decoration, with lots of wood and local details such as carpets and lamps, very much. The rooms were spatious and comfortable, and, importantly, they were very well heated during the cold Cappadocian winter weather. Breakfast was very tasty and appropriate for any taste. The atmosphere in the hotel is great: the breakfast room is a closed terrace with an excellent view of the valley, there is also an open terrace upstairs from which balloon flights can be observed, and the other guests were very kind. Last but not least, the hotel owners were extremely helpful, responsive and kind to us, always ready to help. This is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we strongly recommend it to anyone willing to spend time in Göreme.

Our stay at Safran Cave Hotel in Göreme was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located — right in the heart of the town, yet tucked away from the noise and hustle, giving you the best of both worlds.

What truly sets Safran apart is that it’s family-run, and you feel that immediately. From being warmly welcomed by the owner at reception to seeing his mom lovingly prepare breakfast each morning, the place genuinely feels like a home rather than just a hotel. There’s heart in every detail.

The advice on tours was invaluable — honest guidance, great support with arrangements, and help securing fair prices without falling into the usual tourist traps. That alone made our experience in Cappadocia even more special and stress-free.

Breakfasts were delicious and satisfying, and the cave rooms were comfortable, clean, and more than adequate for both a short stay or even a longer visit of a few days.

위치, 아침식사

La ubicacion es muy buena a la entrada del pueblo a corta distancia andando del centro.
El comedor tiene bonitas vistas sobre Goreme.
Para mi lo peor es el desayuno, es tipo buffet pero es todos los dias lo mismo.
Posibilidad de que hagan pizzas caseras para cenar y a mejor precio que en el pueblo, aunque no haya servicio de restaurante y no se pueda tomar otra cosa.

The host were amazing people. It’s right in the centre and it’s a boutique hotel. The showers are the best I have had. Been to many 5 star hotel but this beats all. Once we did not come out of the room till afternoon as we were resting Feride texted us personally to check if we were ok. You get personal touch you won’t get anywhere else. They are always smiling 😁😁😁😁😁😁

동굴호텔 묵어보고 싶어서 예약햇고 만족합니다.
괴뢰메 핫한 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 도보로 3분내외로 음식점이나 상점가 접근 가능하고요
10월 말일에 가서 추울까봐걱정햇지만 따숩고 푹잤어요!
그리고 조식도 매일 조금씩 다르게.나와서 만족하고 먹엇고요
무엇보다 카이막을 퍼먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다.

호텔 통해서 🏇 승마선셋체험, 공항픽업이용했는데
편안하게 호텔에서 바로 태워서 가고요 승마는 말타고 2시간동안 버섯처럼 생긴 지형을 산책하고 사진찍고 하는데 사진 가이드분들이 너무 잘 찍어줘요 ㅋㅋㅋ

La struttura davvero carina ed accogliente, la terrazza da cui ammirare le mongofliere al mattina, la posizione al centro della città di Goreme, lo staff gentilissimo.

The hotel is in an excellent location, all the hotel staff are very helpful, friendly, attentive, without a doubt all the staff made our stay a pleasant experience, clean and very cozy, the breakfast is very rich and varied, a 100% recommended place to stay.

We had such a great stay at Safran Cave! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — she helped us organize everything so easily, including a private driver and airport pick-up/drop-off, all paid directly on the spot.
Our room was super cozy, with a very comfortable bed, daily cleaning, and fresh towels every day.
The terrace is beautiful — perfect for watching the balloons in the morning or enjoying breakfast with a view.
Location is top, just a 5-minute walk from the center.
Truly one of those places that makes your trip even better. Totally recommend it! 🌸✨

We had a great stay at Safran Cave hotel. It’s located in the Goreme town centre with few minutes walk to some of the tourist spots. The hotel staff arranged Red and Green tours which was helpful. Special mention to Feride who was super helpful during our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel. The hot air balloon ride was only 5 minutes away and was able to see the balloons from the terrace the next day.
