Ideal um zu zweit zu entspannen
Pros:

Modernes, schönes Zimmer mit wunderschönen Ausblick; Ideal für Paare zum Entspannen. Nette Wilkommens-Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Ankunft. Gute Lage, Gutes Frühstuck. Spa-Anlage sowie Spa Personal bestens.

Cons:

Preise für Extras hochgegriffen (inkl. Parkplatz). Das Personal schien neu zu sein, kamen uns zwar nett aber etwas hilflos vor. Bei mehreren Details stellte sich die Frage ob die Manager-Etage auf der Höhe der Anforderungen ist.
Insekten und Mücken sind in Sirmione sehr stark vertreten, sollte man wissen.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite dal 26 al 28 marzo, all'arrivo nel pomeriggio la camera era molto fredda, il riscaldamento spento, di fatto attendono l'arrivo dell'ospite per accendere, un servizio che spero di pretendere quando scegli una suite, la differenza di temperatura tra gli anditi dell'hotel e la camera é stata percepita con grande disagio. Sono sceso in reception per far presente di questo e devo dire che con grande gentilezza si sono adoperati ad accendere il riscaldamento. Purtroppo nella seconda notte in camera c'erano 28 gradi, temperatura insopportabile per dormire, ho chiamato la reception al numero 9 alle 01:30 e non ha risposto nessuno, ho insistito più volte ma mai una risposta, allora ho cercato il numero dell'hotel su Google e niente, nessuna risposta. Purtroppo la temperatura della camera nonostante presente la domotica non é possibile regolarla. Un disagio abbastanza grande. In quanto abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta leggermente per far girare aria. Al check out la persona che ci ha ricevuti si è limitata a dirmi "mi dispiace"

Perfetto per rilassarsi ed al contempo visitare Sirmione, rigenerandosi con un buon bagno nella piscina termale o grazie
Pros:

Moderna e accogliente e in una posizione fantastica

Cons:

Erano i primissimi giorni di riapertura quindi il meccanismo doveva essere ancora rodato del tutto ma sono stati bravissimi

מיקום נהדר, צוות שירותי ומעוצב מודרני ויפה, מתקני ספא נחמדים.
כמה דברים שהפריעו שבגללם לא אחזור למלון: החנייה עולה כסף. כשהזמנתי בבוקינג היה רשום שזה כולל חנייה, גיליתי שזה לא בחינם בתגובות פה וכשהגעתי שאלתי אותם והם ענו שזה בתשלום ושהכל מצוין. חנייה עולה 20 יורו ליום (לא סימלי בכלל). בקיצור, לא אהבתי את זה.
דבר נוסף, אני הזמנתי חדר רגיל וההורים שלי שילמו יותר על חדר עם נוף חלקי לאגם - בפועל אותו דבר, ההבדל הוא שהם יוצאו למרפסת וראו את האגם מולם ואני הייתי צריכה להסיט קצת את הראש. לידיעה.
