Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Rome with exceptional service
Pros:

Exceptional service from the moment we booked. We received regular correspondence in the lead up to our stay, including recommendations and offers to assist with bookings for tours, transport and restaurants. The service was equally excellent when we arrived, especially from Anastasiya, who was there when we arrived and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay and provided recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. The included breakfast was lovely with and ala carte menu and also small buffet available. A 10/10 experience.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was lovely although the price of drinks was a bit steep.

Pros:

Eine sehr gute Lage, besonders geeignet für Stadtbesichtigungen. Die Einrichtung verbindet klassische und moderne Elemente.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht nur klein, sondern äußerst beengt. Bewegungsfreiheit war kaum möglich – öffnete man eine Tür, konnte eine andere bereits nicht mehr genutzt werden. Auch das Badezimmer bot nur sehr begrenzten Platz; selbst für alltägliche Dinge wie eine Zahnbürste war kaum ausreichend Fläche vorhanden. Dem gegenüber stand jedoch ein Preisniveau am oberen Limit.

Pros:

An excellent hospitality experience!
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
The staff was highly professional and welcoming, the breakfast was served generously, and overall the food was excellent.
The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the room was very spacious.
All of this is complemented by a central location, within walking distance of everything.
Highly recommended, and we definitely plan to return.

We have visited Rome many times and this hotel is definitely up there with other top end hotels.
Pros:

The location, it is central to the "old town" and everything is within walking distance. The incredibly helpful staff, they couldn't do enough, be that with restaurant suggestions or reservations

Cons:

The room was quite small, we stayed for 3 x nights and had to be extremely organised, other than that is we fine.
