We absolutely loved our stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
A special mention to Nicolas at the front desk, and Alessio, Alex and Islam from the restaurant and bar team. Extra special thanks to Federica and Niloufar from the management team, who really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional.
Singer Palace is a true luxury boutique hotel with a wonderfully personal feel. The building is beautiful, the rooms and facilities are all top notch, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring Rome.
Breakfast each morning was exceptional. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the restaurant for dinner, although we spoke to other guests who had and they couldn’t speak highly enough of it.
One of the real highlights for us was the rooftop bar. It’s a fantastic spot to finish a day exploring Rome, and Federica’s skillfully designed cocktails made it even better. We highly recommend spending an evening up there, enjoying a cocktail and taking in the atmosphere of this beautiful city.
Thank you to the management team and all the wonderful staff at the Singer Palace Hotel for making our stay in Rome truly memorable. We genuinely hope we get the opportunity to come back and visit you all again one day.
We stayed at this hotel and to say we enjoyed it was an understatement. The staff are first rate and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We made some pre arrival requests and they were waiting for us in the room on arrival.
The hotel is well situated for walking to and from dinner at the various restaurants in the area.
The roof top restaurant and deck are perfect and hotel guests from other hotels visit the Singer's desk saying it's the best!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who took care of every need
This is an excellent 5 star hotel in a great location. All of the staff, from Enrico front desk manager, ably assisted by Anastasia, to Stefano in the restaurant and the 5 men in the roof top cocktail bar, are warm, friendly, respectful and totally professional. The maid service is exemplary. The new menu in the cocktail bar is the best I have seen worldwide with a huge range and fascinating histories of all popular hats; and all of the staff are impeccably presented in attractive uniforms. My wife and I are already fixing dates for our return in 2027.
Singer was a fabulous experience. Hotel was spanking clean and the attentive staff to every need was beyond anything ever experienced. I have stayed in many upscale hotels but this supersedes all.

We have visited Rome several times and the Singer Palace Hotel is our favorite place to stay. The accommodations are outstanding - friendly staff, first class service, and a very clean and well maintained hotel. We were immediately greeted by the manager, Enrico Mannage, upon checkin. The breakfast was excellent with several selections to choose from, to include gluten free options. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and the major historical attractions. The rooftop bar and restaurant provide a picturesque view of the city. We look forward to visiting again soon.
My stay at the Singer Palace was wonderful. I was travelling alone but felt very connected because of the wonderful warm and efficient hotel staff. They were amazing from the front desk staff who got me hard to get tickets to attractions and concerts to the lovely lady who looked after my room who with a big happy smile said she’d miss me when I left. The rooms were gracious and elegant, the location was perfect central to everything and to top it off breakfasts were exceptional. I would highly recommend the Singer Palace.

Extraordinary hotel, service and location! From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with any request. The breakfast is incredible! Made to order from an extensive menu all included with our stay was a real treat (and the food was delicious)! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better — easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Coliseum, shops and restaurants. The Vatican is only a few miles away, but we opted to take a taxi there due to the heat. Highly recommend Singer Palace Hotel — our family couldn’t have been happier with our stay here during our first trip to Italy!

This hotel was fabulous. It is in a great location, the staff went above and beyond expectations and the roof top for drinks and later dinner were magnificent. It’s a small boutique hotel and the quality and differentiation stands out. I totally recommend the experience.
