Das Hotel wird von einer Familie betrieben, die ebenfalls auf dem Gelände wohnen. Sie sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Als wir nach dem Wäscheservice gefragt haben, haben sie sogar angeboten, unsere Wäsche kostenfrei zu waschen. Zudem haben sie uns am Abend Tee und Kaffee angeboten und saßen gemeinsam mit uns zusammen, um sich zu unterhalten. Das Zimmer sowie die komplette Anlage sind 1A. Das Hotel ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, so dass man seine komplette Ruhe hat. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen und empfehle es blind weiter

A very nice hotel with a view of the mountains and a good Turkish breakfast at their restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Essiz manzarali,sahane konforlu ve tertemiz bir odada konaklamak icin ideal bir yer. Calisanlar cok ilgili ve guler yuzlu ortam sıcak mükemmel manzara eşliğinde kahvaltı ederken huzurlu hissetmemek mümkün değil.çok memnun kaldık.

This hotel is a slice of heaven, in the mountains. So peaceful. Beautiful outdoor seating area, restaurant

This is a place you come to connect with nature and slow down. Rooms are modern, wifi connection was great. We had a wonderful experience all around, would love to come back

The room I had booked was not available (no balcony as described), but the receptionist gave us this room without balcony for free. A+ customer service.

The hotel is close to the monastery that I recommend visiting.

The view from the balcony was exceptional. The green mountains and rivers were refreshing. The owners of the hotel were superb people, we came to know them. The breakfast in the restaurant was an experience.

Hiç memnun kalmadık çalışanlardan birisi çok kabaydı odamızda buzdolabı saç kurutma makinesi yoktu bilgi verilmedi odamıza ne terlik ne de şampuan bırakılmadı yorumlara bakıp geldik pişman olduk asla güvenmeyin yorumlara hiç anlatıldığı gibi değil

J’ai effectué la réservation assez tôt et à mon arrivée, on m’a fait payé directement malgré ma carte de credit!
Ensuite, les petites attentions n’étaient pas du tout présentes dans la chambre, comme le plateau thé et café, pas de tapis de salle de bain, serviette de toilette très rêches, pas de ceintres dans l’armoire, et pour couronner le tout, pas d’eau chaude!
Je m’en suis plein et comme l’occupation de l’hôtel n’était pas au maximum, ils m’ont dit d’attendre jusqu’au matin pour me doucher après une journée de voyage éprouvante.
Donc, dommage car l’hôtel et les chambres sont tops, encore dommage.

Si je pouvais, je demanderai un remboursement.

This is the perfect place to stay for a family! The hotel is just outside of Maçka town on the road to the Sumela monastery.

We had a 1 bedroom +1 salon room. There is a kitchnette, mini fridge and washer (which has a dual drying system). Everything was fabulous!

The staff was kind and quick to respond to any request. The breakfast was fantastic and the dinner was great too if you need an easy option near the hotel.

We would definitely stay here again if we every pass through Trabzon again!

Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. The hotel is perched on the side of a beautiful mountain and just minutes from Sumela Monastery. The room and facilities were incredibly comfortable and super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I hope to stay here again soon.
