Pros:

Super central position. Close to everything by foot and close to the metro if you do not want to walk.Nice breakfast included in the price. Close to tourist info office.
The staff was very accomodating, I asked if they could move me in an internal room (less noisy)and they did.

Cons:

For an Ibis, the beds weren't comfortable, and above all, it was very noisy. You could hear the tram coming and going until 1 a.m. and again early in the morning. The windows would need to be insulated. The cleanliness was barely adequate.

Bien placé et pratique, mais vraiment décevant
Pros:

L’emplacement est super, central, à proximité du Vieux Port et de la Canebière, proche des lignes de bus reliant les plages.
Très bon accueil par le personnel.
Lits confortables.

Cons:

Ma chambre était en mauvais état, donnait sur une cours intérieure bruyante, la douche était bouchée, la climatisation goûtait sur la moquette et provoquait une forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre.
Le premier soir de mon séjour l’alarme incendie s’est déclarée à 4h du matin, une première fois puis une autre. J’ai dû appeler les pompiers moi-même, ainsi que d’autres clients, le personnel de l’hôtel ne jugeant pas cela nécessaire.
Très peu rassurant.
Aucune compensation financière ne m’a été proposée.
À 100 euros la nuit, c’est un comble.
J’ai passé le reste de mon séjour dans l’angoisse que cela recommence.
Je n’impute pas la responsabilité du personnel, mais ai été vraiment surprise du traitement de l’incident.
