Nous avons été bloqué une après-midi entière à cause d'une chape dans la cabine asceneur un dimanche

Ascenseur de l'hôtel très dangereux pour des personnes âgées et pas aux normes hôtelières et très dangereux à l'arrivée au 5ème étage
Chambre non conforme aux normes de sécurité: fenêtre extérieur bloquée (pas de poignée) due à des balcons en dessous d'un mètre - porte d'entrée chambre sans protection incendie - accessibilité aux toilettes impossible par une porte donnant à l'intérieur du local - receveur douche glissant et pas de poignée de sécurité - petits déjeûner trompeurs (nous avons mangé du jambon de la veille.

Bonne localisation et personnel très sympathique, mais bâtiment vieillissant
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel est très bien, le service de bagagerie est vraiment top et le personnel est très sympa et souriant.

Cons:

Les murs sont très fins, et on entend beaucoup le bruit venant des autres chambres... ça m'a dérangé, d'autant que je venais pour le travail et que j'avais besoin de me reposer.
Les couettes sont assez fines également, et j'ai eu plutôt froid dans la nuit.
Le ménage régulier était très bien fait, mais l'entretien "annuel" n'était pas au rendez-vous (nettoyage des bouches de VMC, lessivage des murs - qui étaient très sales...). Les éléments nettoyés quotidiennement étaient propres (faïences, lit, etc.)
