Facilities were nice

We used this property to rest and refresh after a safari and before climbing on a late flight. Nice property. Open air restaurant on top floor with pool. New and clean.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi as a family, traveling together with three families, and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and it was a great place to stay with the kids.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Since we had an early morning flight the next day, the team kindly arranged an early breakfast for us in our rooms, which we really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness and excellent service made our departure so much easier.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality, and I would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Nairobi.

Very kind, professional and helpful staffs.

We had dinner at the hotel but the service was professional starting with the security at the main entrance who assassinated us to offload our luggage from the car as well as being thorough in discharging their duties.

Location of the hotel is within the airport security buffer zone where all government agencies are patrolling.

We shall always recommend most of our friends due to elaborate security measures and the.professionalism.exhibited even trancing our lost and found charger left in our last stay.

My family and I had a pleasant stay here. One of the biggest advantages is its location, as it is very close to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), making it an excellent choice for travelers with early flights or layovers.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
I was also impressed by the security. The security personnel were professional, courteous, and conducted thorough security checks at the entrance, which made us feel safe and gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and convenient place to stay near JKIA. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed on the night of 2nd August at Four Points by Sheraton. Wonderful service from the get go. Easy check in assisted by Caroline and Gloria. Peaceful night, and very close to the teminals at JKIA for convinience. 100% recommended.

It was exactly what I needed , stress-free stay right by the airport. The complimentary transfer was a huge plus, smooth and punctual, no need to worry about taxis or timing. Rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the food was amazing. Staff were attentive and efficient throughout. Ideal for anyone with an early flight or a layover who wants comfort without the hassle of heading into the city.

Forgot a very expensive imported Belgian chocolate in the room fridge and reported it to the reception. The hotel stuff (house keeping) department to be precise did not care at all and completely ignored my request despite telling me they will follow up. I have waited for feedback and nothing until I had to follow up again, and they tell me weird things. Shoddy service and zero accountability.
Avoid this place if you value customer care!

Hello! We stayed at the Sheraton and were greatly accommodated with our son’s need for a gluten free meals. The service was impeccable and Chef Florence took care of us directly. She came to our table, went through breakfast and indicated what was GF and then ensured him a safe breakfast omelette.
