Your system is too rigid when it comes to adjusting room bookings and travel dates, even when the scheduled dates are still a month away. I ended up paying again for accommodation despite having booked well in advance.

Due to the GCC conflict, my travel itinerary changed unexpectedly and I had to arrive earlier than planned. Unfortunately, you refused to adjust my booking dates, even though there was still ample time before the original reservation dates.

It was not an easy experience, but thankfully I eventually arrived safely at my destination. This was a very unfortunate experience within the hostel industry, and it is the first time I have encountered such inflexibility — no refund and no rescheduling options at all. It is truly disappointing.

Great hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel and the staff was great. Everyone was friendly, Dennis from concierge stood out the most and made sure my father and I were taken care of early in the morning by verifying that our driver was picking us up, he even tracked us down in person to let us know. What a great man. Would come back here again! Breakfast was great and again the staff here is very friendly

Very nice place to stay and have a meal!
Pros:

Super good place to stay but not really that close to the airport. They have a shuttle so it was fine. The staff was amazing. Great service from all of them. The restaurant was very good. Dinner and breakfast were great. Good choices and our group of six were very happy and satisfied. The restaurant staff just could not be better. We were in Room 328 and it was nice and quiet

Perfect Pre-Safari Stay Near the Airport
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for one night before heading to The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp. After a long trip from the U.S., we didn’t want to spend additional time traveling to a hotel when we mainly needed a comfortable place to relax, shower, and recharge before our safari.

The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle, and we were at the property within about five minutes, which was incredibly convenient. They also recognized my Lifetime Platinum status and upgraded us to a suite, which was a very nice touch.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. As part of my status benefits, we also received complimentary breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast spread had a large selection of items, and the staff was attentive and welcoming throughout the meal.

If you have a similar itinerary and need a convenient, comfortable stay before heading out on safari, this is an easy choice.
