It was exactly what I needed , stress-free stay right by the airport. The complimentary transfer was a huge plus, smooth and punctual, no need to worry about taxis or timing. Rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the food was amazing. Staff were attentive and efficient throughout. Ideal for anyone with an early flight or a layover who wants comfort without the hassle of heading into the city.

Forgot a very expensive imported Belgian chocolate in the room fridge and reported it to the reception. The hotel stuff (house keeping) department to be precise did not care at all and completely ignored my request despite telling me they will follow up. I have waited for feedback and nothing until I had to follow up again, and they tell me weird things. Shoddy service and zero accountability.
Avoid this place if you value customer care!

Hello! We stayed at the Sheraton and were greatly accommodated with our son’s need for a gluten free meals. The service was impeccable and Chef Florence took care of us directly. She came to our table, went through breakfast and indicated what was GF and then ensured him a safe breakfast omelette.

I had a wonderful day at the hotel. I arrived late at night but enjoyed that they had 24/7 service. The chicken masala was fabulous. Just the right amount of spice. The room was well appointed, clean and I slept like a baby. I should've asked for a wake up call as I almost missed breakfast, but fortunately breakfast is extended until 11 AM on the weekend. Lots of variety at breakfast to meet all your taste and fancy. The team at breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Sharon was wonderful at checkout. I loved the complementary Shuttle to and from the airport as of the taxis at the airport can be quite aggressive.

We’ve had a lovely stay here after arriving late in Nairobi. The room is nice and the king sized bed is huge and very comfortable. Last night we had drinks and snacks at the rooftop restaurant Tazama and enjoyed breakfast at The Marketplace this morning. The food was quite good and the staff are all lovely. Also felt very safe with security checkpoints as we entered.

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I would like to express my appreciation. The service was outstanding in every aspect. From the excellent cuisine to the comfortable and well-maintained rooms, everything exceeded my expectations.

A special compliment goes to the entire hotel staff. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. They truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.

What truly makes this hotel special is the outstanding staff. Every single team member was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming from the restaurant staff and housekeeping team to the reception and wellness staff. No matter where we went, we were always greeted with a warm smile and made to feel at home.
