Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport

During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. Special thanks go to Hesbon, Chief Security Officer, and Henry Mwendwa, Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving a delivery package from outside the restricted airport zone.

Their polite manner, efficiency, and genuine dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a highlight of my visit. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding hospitality, and their efforts made my stay not only comfortable but unforgettable.

I wholeheartedly commend them for representing the hotel at the highest level of service. This is customer care at its very best, and I will always remember the warmth and professionalism I experienced here.

We had an 8 hour wait for our flight out of Nairobi. We asked a Four Points driver could he take us to the hotel to wait. He loaded our bags and drove us to the hotel. He unloaded our bags and escorted us to the front desk where they were absolutely the most accommodating and genuinely nice people I have ever met. They stored our luggage for us while we went and had drinks at their beautiful roof top bar. We ate a delicious meal in their restaurant. We then sat another two hours in the lobby. They checked on us several times before sending the driver back over to load us up for the airport. The entire staff was professional, caring, polite, and very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and if I ever went back to Nairobi this is where I would stay.

Terrible hotel with awful service. Arrived at the hotel from a safari and despite having a confirmation number and payment being taken ( which was also visible on my Marriotts App) they had no rooms available . On being moved to the Hurlingham I was advised at that hotel the Sheraton airport hotel had overbooked and hence I was being moved. This was not what the Sheraton Airport hotel had said who denied they had a booking. My advice to anyone travelling and staying there re check in advance and stay from this hotel despite its convenience - the Sangkara is a far better hotel for the price and service. A severely disappointed customer. Will kit stay at this hotel again despite travelling frequently to nairobi

I had the BEST STAY EVER at the Nairobi Sheraton Four Points at the airport. Maurice started my trip off with a phenomenal ride from the airport to the hotel. I appreciate how prompt the shuttle was in getting me to and from the hotel. As someone with food allergies, I sometimes wonder if I'll be able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. After meeting Chef Paul, I knew I was in good hands. He went above and beyond at all meal times to ensure I had meal options that met my needs. He was phenomenal and always offered service with a smile. I'd also like to give a HUGE shout-out to the front desk team and some additional restaurant team members. Joy, Annette, Norah, Judy, and Gloria each recognized my Marriott Bonvoy loyalty and treated me not as a guest but as a family member. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the kind words from them and the consistent check-ins. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and has set a new standard for what the Marriott experience should be at all their hotels. I've stayed in three different Marriott properties in Nairobi over the years and this is the only one I will stay in moving forward. I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars! As a Platinum Elite member, I've stayed at many Marriott hotels, and this one is among the best!

I had a layover at Nairobi and opted for the closest hotel to the airport. This one did tick every box. The staff made me feel noticed, especially at the Restaurants.
At checkout, I met Juma, Gloria and Caroline, They were well engauging and very professional. They even offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. My stay was amazing and I am looking forward to coming back. Cheers.
