Pros:

No hot water. Was told that the weather was bad so no hot water because of solar panels.
The owner tried to say we owed 100€ even though the room was pre paid.
Was told a receptionist would be around the apartments during the day, didn’t see anyone the whole stay.
No access to an iron and ironing board.
