Pros:

I was surprised how good the hotel was, the room was spacious, everything was super convenient. I didn't expect such high quality before getting there, I'll definitely go back if possible next time I visit Hakodate!

残念でした。

スタッフの方は感じが良く、とても良かったです。

ランドリーも100円
乾燥機も100円はありがたいと思います。

駅に近くて、徒歩圏内。
窓が開くので空気の入れ替えが出来て良かったです。

Cons:

ダブルルームを利用しました。

とにかく部屋に入ると鼻をつく臭いがする。ずっと洗っていないおじさんの服のような匂いで気分が悪くなりました。
窓が開いたので、開けっぱなしにしていましたが、やはり一度部屋を出て戻ると鼻をつく臭いがする。

繁忙期だからと思い、部屋の交換は申出ませんでした。

部屋自体なのか、ベッドのリネンは綺麗にベッドメイクされていますが、臭くて寝れませんでした。

バスタオルやタオルは臭わなかったので、バスタオルをひいてベッドを使用していました。

それ以外は特に問題なく過ごせましたが、当たりが悪かったです。

宿泊料を考えると質は高かったです
Pros:

周辺のホテルと比べ比較的宿泊料が安かった割に朝食バイキングはしっかりしていました。また、コンビニで食事を買ったのにスプーンをもらい忘れた際、受付に相談すると快く朝食バイキング用と思われるスプーンを貸していただけました。

Cons:

駅や函館朝市からは歩ける範囲ではありますがやや遠く、もう少し高い宿泊料を払えるなら別のホテルのほうが近いです。
